I came here a few times. For my wedding dress and wedding jewelry in 2019. That was a nice experience. My dress was beautiful and alterations came out great. However my recent experience with jewelry repair was not pleasant. Manuel fixed, checked and cleaned my engagement ring and he did a good job with it. I am happy with the end result. However, the woman who works with him really put a bad vibe to the whole experience &I doubt I will go back. From the moment I came in until I left, She seemed annoyed with every question I had. Then when it came time to read back my Gia number she basically scolded me and asked me why, and why didn't I ask before and made me feel awful. In the end it was done but the customer service aspect of it was unpleasant. I also wondered around looking for some jewelry, I'm currently looking for a new watch. No one once asked me if I needed help or what I was looking for.

Rose is wonderful! She knew exactly what I wanted and also showed me other options to choose from. Then Rose was able to order something I wanted, and it arrived within the said time frame. She kept me updated while the diamond was in transit too, which I appreciated. I will be back for my next fine jewelry shopping!

Maurice has been my families jeweler for over thirty years. He started out at Woodbridge Jewelry Exchange when my family first started with him. As I got older, he grew his business into what is Diamond Castle now, and is a very trustworthy person. When I was younger, I would go with my family to see him and always remembered him taking great care of them.
When my fiance and I were dating for a few years and talk of where to buy a ring came up I immediately thought of Maurice, there was no better man for the job. As I remembered from when I was only a child, he took care of us as well looking for an engagement ring.
My fiance had been given his grandfather's yellow gold wedding band after he passed away and he never knew what to use it for, as it was too big for his hand and had too many diamonds for his liking.
We brought this ring to Maurice to get an opinion and drew an outline of a wedding band for myself using 5 out of 7 .25 karat diamonds and added halos around the diamonds in a twisted formation. With the other 2 diamonds from my fiance's grandfather's ring, Maurice had a set of diamond earrings made with a small halo around them.
The yellow gold from the ring was then molded into a crucifix to upgrade from his previous one and nearly tripled the size of his original cross.
As I have gotten to work closely with Diamond Castle and Maurice, I have built that same trust in them as my family has after all of these years.

I went in last Wednesday with my son as he was shopping for an engagement ring. Robin was the salesperson we met with. She showed us rings that were in his budget, and was very informative regarding quality of diamonds. Thank you Robin for making this such a easy process.
