Worst pharmacy! They are so unorganized and it’s impossible to get someone on the phone. Not to mention most of the people working here are rude. A couple of the employees are actually very nice and helpful.

There are one or two workers in the pharmacy that are nice and actually seem to care about their customers but there is one worker that consistently has the worst attitude I have ever come across when dealing with someone in a customer centric role. She always makes you feel like she is annoyed and can’t be bothered with your questions. A very “figure it out” attitude. Ugh! The worst! I wish I had another pharmacy closer to my home. Many times I’m willing to take the trip to Walgreens just to not have to deal with the attitude.

Talking about the Woodward Road store, Melissa is great. Makes shopping a pleasant experience, not druggery.Didn't realize that this post applies to multiple CVS'.The staff at the Twin Rivers (629 Abington Drive) location, starting with Wayne the pharmacist, Indira, the other pharmacist, the rest of the pharmacy staff, and the store staff (Geo in particular) are always there to help you.I agree with posts about the Applegarth (Monroe) location. Need to de-staff this location and hire some people who care about others. Sensitivity training would also help.

Recently, I utilized the CVS app to order medications for home delivery, anticipating a seamless process. However, the experience turned out to be far from smooth. Regrettably, I received no notifications on my phone, and despite being at home throughout the day, the delivery attempt went unnoticed. I had to visit the store in person to retrieve my medications.Upon reaching the store, I learned from the pharmacist that the delivery driver had returned the prescriptions due to an unanswered door. Understandable, but I was at home and simply missed the knock. Ready to collect my prescriptions, I encountered another obstacle when a technician informed me they couldn't release them because they were marked for delivery.Attempting to clarify that the status had been erroneously marked as "delivered" and the prescriptions were returned, I faced resistance. The technician directed me to call an unspecified entity, providing no clear guidance. When asked for details on whom to contact, I was advised to "google the Caremark bin number," which proved unhelpful. After locating a parking spot, I contacted the Caremark number I found, only to discover they couldn't assist since I used the CVS app, not the Caremark prescription membership delivery service. They directed me back to the pharmacy, where my medications were being held despite their return after a failed delivery. A subsequent call to the CVS customer service line ensued.During the call, I revisited the entire ordeal with the customer service representative, who shared my confusion. Inquiring about the standard procedure, I was informed that the pharmacy typically contacts the courier. However, since the pharmacy already had the medications, they should have been released promptly when I arrived for pickup. Finally, after involving the store manager, I was able to obtain my medications. The resolution came only after a prolonged and frustrating process, leaving me thoroughly dissatisfied with the overall experience.

I don't have any issues with the actual store, but as far as the pharmacy goes...If you need to get in touch with the pharmacy staff, you have a better shot of winning the lottery. If this store wasn't 2 minutes from my house I would never fill a single prescription there. I drove from Staten Island to Manalapan and I was on hold the entire 90 minute car ride to the store. Save yourself all the time you'll be on hold and fill your prescriptions at a different location. If I could rate it 0 starts I would.

I have waited over 25 minutes with no one picking up the line to check on order status. Why can't someone pick up the phone?

They either under staff perpetually or just hate their customers - drive through wait times are consistently longer than any other CVS or Walgreens. It doesn't matter even if they only have 1-2 cards ahead of you. Get ready to wait 30-40 mins if you need to call and speak to somebody at the pharmacy.
