After waiting on hold for a pharmacy member for over 53 minutes, I drove to the store and they were able to release my prescription. They should have picked up the phone and that way my prescription would have been ready by the time I arrived.

Care and concern you are largely lacking. I have had this prescription filled and used a coupon that is valid until 12/2024. Each time I filled this prescription it cost $5.00 with the coupon. The prescription was $87.00 approximately for this medication without the coupon. I had the coupon on file all year and it did not expire. I was told I had to get a new coupon. I ran home and printed and ran back to have it applied. I got to the store at about 6:58 an the pharmacy closes at 7:00; I need not tell you how fast your staff moved when they want to get out of the building. Mind you I initially waited over 20 minutes to be told I had to get a new coupon. You do not need to respond to my statement with a canned answer. I am fine; wanted to let you know you WELL you are NOT Doing.

I work for a doctor's office and was attempting to resolve an issue for a patient. I was on hold for over a half hour before someone answered, then directed me to voicemail. They never called back. I call pharmacies daily in my role, and this is the worst so far.

This pharmacy has people working that are completely incompetent. My insurance card was taken ( which is the same as last year nothing new) and I waited almost 45 minutes for the girls to figure out NOTHING! Pharmacist pretended he wasn't noticing the incompetence. My son had oral surgery on this day and we waited almost 3 hours for the prescription, and then waited for the girls to hold my insurance card for no reason. Not returning to this pharmacy.

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars, I would. I was forced to switch to this pharmacy after the Walgreens next door shut down. Since November, every prescription I've needed has never been in stock, I've been given the wrong medication, had to wait days for refills, and spoken to rudely by the staff. But today takes the cake .... I got there at 10am when the pharmacy was set to open and sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes. After no one came to the window, I decided to call and try and get someone on the phone as I had my sick family in the car, but no one answered. I called again to speak to the front end to find out what was going on since they are open, and I was told the pharmacist on call that day never showed up, so they were closed for now and could not give me an ETA on when they would open. Never in my life has something like this happened to me with any other pharmacy and I really don't know how this place is in business. Come back Walgreens!!!!

good selection of pharmacy type stuff. staff is friendly. the rewards program is awesome.
