Been using this car wash for the past 4 years. Yesterday’s experience was extremely disappointing. Cost for THE SUPREME service went up to $40. That’s not the worst of it…after going thru the wash process, there were about 6 workers waiting to wipe down the exterior and interior. I had to ask them to redo because the process while done in record time, was not performed to my satisfaction. The exterior was awful…windows were streaky and looked dirty. Spots not removed by the wash cycle were not addressed either. Tried to get a manager but no one spoke English. Tried calling the place when I arrived home, only got a recorded message that no one was available to speak with. I also never received the spray air freshener and again due to language barrier, I was unable to communicate that to the workers. I will never go back as there are too many other places that must do a better job than what I paid $40 for. I strongly suggest that NO ONE SHOULD HAVE THEIR VEHICLES SERVICED at this location!

Terrible service! They didn't even vacuum the car properly inside and out, not to mention, everything was dripping with water. They clean it in less than 5 minutes and that is not enough to leave a clean SUV.

Paid $30 for a full service and they just vacuumed the floors. Seats are still full of crumbs, dashboard has not been dusted off. My first and last time here.

Pretty upset. They raised their price, fine, but for $40 I would assume that I wouldn’t have dirt and dust marks everywhere in my car. I’m not sure what I paid for? Terrible job

Disappointed. Paid for The Supreme Wash, but there was nothing supreme about it. The guys doing my interior were in such a rush that I had to ask them to wipe around my doors where dirt gets trapped - they were going to ignore it. And they did an extremely poor job vacuuming. They only vacuumed the big stuff and left a lot of smaller crumbs and dust on my seats and floors. And one of them knocked my wireless CarPlay device under my seat, so after the wash was done I had to go hunting throughout my car looking for it.
I’m not going back. I’ll drive the extra few miles to the car wash in Freehold.

Been going to this car was for 20+ years. The previous owner Mario was hands on and cared about his business.
The new owner obviously doesn’t care, raised prices and the service has declined. The workers don’t care, are rude & don’t even clean the windows properly or dry the vehicle. It’s a rush job and poor customer service. There was no one there in line at 9 am on this beautiful Sunday morning so I can’t justify the poor service because they were too busy. 4 people cleaned my car and 4 people did a horrible rush job! Unfortunately this will be my last trip there. I will now drive into Freehold to receive proper service. I understand raising the prices and don’t mind paying the $30 for services but this place has completely gone downhill!!! :(

Was fast talked into the club service thinking it was $50.00 a YEAR not MONTH. Can't cancel because they won't answer the phone!

Avoid this car wash, $28 full service wash and they can’t even wipe the inside down. I had to clean my car car right after, never again!

Went to get my weekly wash of my car, my wife's car and daughter's car, the price increased $5 and the cost is now $30 per wash after taxes. Unfortunately this will be my last trip to the local business as I will now be going into Freehold to get a wash. I can see raising the price a dollar or 2 but to go right up to $5 is just way too much.

The worst! They don't know how to handle leather..my car have leather dashboard and seats all ruined cleaned with some stuff and now all ruined!
