Rude, possibly incompetent employees :including a supposed manager named Gary. I should never have to return to a branch because a supervising teller read a check that I was cashing from my employer wrong, and instead of verifying it with either my employer or I, they just guessed and Wrong. Then when I tried to call the branch to find out what I needed to do now to fix the problem they said "well you need to come into the branch with your license"- No apology No explanation, and the fact that I had two children under the age of 5 with me did not phase them- they added the drive-thru was not acceptable either. All because of an error they made! I don't have a personal checking account with them currently and I'm glad I don't, but I'll make sure my employer knows about the situation for sure.

Terrible costumer service experience!! I wanted to notary some docs and was told to go to UPS, the bank worker was to lazy to do it. Went than to other Chase and done it without any problems. Hope someone from costumer service department will read this....

Deposit money to my checking account, and I want that money go to my retirement account. The bank officer found out she doesn't has license to do that, and want me to sign a form and I will be able to do it on line after 24 hours. After 2 days. I have try to do it online and call your bank to help, at that time, no one is able to answer my call. The message gave me banking ctr phone #. spoke to FOUR difference person, every time they ask 5-6 questions. And wait and wait to connect to the next person for help. Finally the last person " The 5 person and 14 minutes wait " help me to finish the transaction. I totally spend more than hour and a half for that.

This branch is the worst! Rude employees, takes for ever for service. Management isn't much better. They don't seem to care about customers. Gladly taken my business elsewhere.
