Service: I’ve been here twice for small repairs, and the service was amazing! Both Phil and Geoff are very professional and knowledgeable! We had lots of small scratches on our car for some reason, and Geoff offered to buff them off and our car looks like new! The second time was replacement of a door handle. I came with the part I purchased from my dealer and they were able to paint and install it very quickly. I’m very thankful to have a dependable auto repair shop near me!
Price: more than reasonable. I called around and this place beats them all!
Overall: hopefully I don’t need their service again but if I do, I’ll be back!”

“An amazing experience from start to finish. Even before I set foot in the dealership, they kept in communication, confirming the appointment several times. The morning of the appointment, they confirmed again and confirmed that the specific vehicle was still in inventory.
When I arrived, I could see that my specific vehicle was in the cute little camping and doggie display. When I told my sales rep that it was the car I wanted, she leapt into action, drove the vehicle out of the display, and got me into it for a test drive.
The negotiation process went really well. They already had the best price in the area, but once I was in front of the their desk even more $$$ came off. Shout out to Irina.
The dealership itself is so comfy, with a quiet room for waiting and working, another waiting room with TV, plenty of snacks and coffee and tea. I'm not a pet owner but was impressed by their pet area and amenities.
Service department seems to run like a well-oiled machine. The largest number of female employees I've ever seen at a dealership, in all departments, (although I didn't see the mechanics).
My great experience continued through to the Finance Office, where Nancy was clear at explaining everything, didn't push any extras on me too hard, but explained all my options in clear language and without rushing.
Every single person I encountered was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. I loved Katie's enthusiasm down in service, as I admired her Subie ink and we laughed and compared photos of all our previous Subarus.
Hands down the best purchase experience I have had in 23 years of owning Subarus.”

“I had hit a deer at high speed so I needed a lot of the front end replaced. I have never needed to use a body shop before so I was at the mercy of recommendations and internet searches. I called places that told me it would take a least a month, or couldn’t even see me for a month, and then I found this place - and I really wish I had called them first.
I spoke to Louis on the phone and explained to him what the situation was. The first thing he said to me after I finished was “are you alright?” I was instantly sold. This is the only body shop I called where they actually asked me if I was alright, and not “yeah we can do that” or “bring it in.” It was so unbelievably nice to have a real human interaction with someone.
I am unnecessarily over-obsessive with my car, but it came out absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier. Patrick and Louis are so easy to communicate with and they kept me well informed throughout the whole process.
I highly recommend; 5 stars doesn’t seem like just quite enough.”
“Executive Collision (Englishtown location) was wonderful to deal with! I hit a deer. It took out half my grill and did engine damage. I am new to the area and didn’t know where to take my car. Executive Collision was recommended by my insurance company and I was skeptical but pleasantly surprised! Anthony Jr was a gentleman, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The shop kept me updated on the repairs and my car was ready on the date they promised. The car looks brand new like nothing happened! They even washed my car and tire-shined the tires! “Branning was an approved center from our insurance company and was also recommended by my town’s residents Facebook page. It is a very well organized and busy place and quite impressive looking for a collions center! Noelle and Kelly at the front desk were lovely and very helpful to us. We did have to call a few times because it took considerably longer than expected to be completed but that was the fault of the manufacturer of this particular car, known to take long providing parts. Whenever we called to get the status, Kelly or Noelle answered promptly, updated us and explained the holdup. They are both very warm and cheerful people and it makes the situation easier. And of course once finished, the repairs were done perfectly and the car was cleaned up as well”

“I ‘treated’ my lovely Impala to a full detailing and valeting service at Lester Glenn when she went in for servicing. I was surprised when I got home to find that they had missed under the hood, so I returned the following day whereupon they readily agreed to complete the cleaning. I was amazed at the results.
Not only was everything totally cleaned, but protected with a sealant as well. I can honestly say that Freehold Lester Glenn really do go out of their way to satisfy the customer which counts a lot with me! Thanks for a great job!”
