I need to replace side by side refrigerator / freezer. 2 seperate units 32" each - so a total of 64" - not the easiest to replace due to size.I called ABL - the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude. I know I have a heavy brooklyn accent - so he started off by mocking my accent. I tried to explain what I have and need to replace, but he just kept cutting me off.If he just let me speak for a minute - he could have understood what I wanted. Instead - after being cut off for the third time - I just hung up.Oh well - they are out the $8K or so I will be spending.

TOTALLY arrogant and unprofessional sales staff. Closing a sale is just one of the steps in the ownership of expensive appliances. Follow-up, installation and service are just as important. Read the other reviews regarding service and installation. If the sales staff is rude, what should one expect regarding installation and service? Saving a few dollars at purchase may not be the entire picture. Go somewhere else, as they instructed me to do, and find out what the competition has to offer. Once I did, I decided not to ever go back! Save yourself the trouble, go somewhere else.

Not to crazy about their service!! Was there 3 to 4 weeks ago.. they had to order a rubber piece for the bottom of my range… called left messages … NO ONE RETURNS CALLS!! No way to keep customers!’

So happy with our purchase from ABL and I feel we got the best price too. We worked with Abe and he was super reposonsive. Only issue was one the fridge doors was dented but ABL sent out a new one along with someone to install it.

After shopping at the big box stores twice and not finding the salespeople helpful, I was recommended to try ABL in Manalapan. I called and spoke with Larry Stein, one of the owners initially. He was honest and informative. He even offered to stay late if need be so that my husband could accompany me. I decided to stop in alone during the day and I was so fortunate to meet Daniel Goldfarb. He was incredibly honest and knowledgeable. His patience made the entire experience stress free. Printed out several options that were actually in stock and available for a very quick delivery. In addition, he beat everyone's price. He was a true gentleman and I highly recommend if you are looking for an appliance, go see Daniel.

From the minute I walked in the salesman was condescending and rude. Unless this place is giving appliances away for free, I have no idea how they have some good reviews. I would rather pay double the price than give this place my business.
