I have my plan and phones through Verizon. I have my phone plan and phones from Verizon. I look forward to the sale where you get the three for free. I took my phone here because it was locked and they said there was nothing they could do they couldn't fix it. Usually the staff is very busy. My last visit to Verizon I was told my phone was locked and nothing could fix it. I took it to Best buy and was in 10 minutes they had my phone.

We have been to many Mercer County Verizon Locations, which I was never thrilled with. Recently, we went to the Manahawkin Store because my Iphone 11 was out of storage. We were greeted immediately by BRIDGET. She was very knowledgable about all the phones, & very friendly attitude. We didn't feel rushed or pushed into anything. Bridget took her time while I asked a million questions. I did end up upgrading to an Iphone 14, which so far so good. (she also let us leave the store while she transferred all my info to the new iphone--which was superconvenient)If you go to this location ask for BRIDGET, shes our girl from here on forward !!!!!

I did away with the cable and cable internet in the house because simple Wi-Fi internet was over $100 a month with basic cable. It was over $150I started streaming using my phone as a hotspot and it worked great but I had a limited amount of hotspot available. I went into the Verizon store. They upgraded me to 100 gig of hotspot for $10 a monthBut again that was not enough so they were able to give me a device internet service anywhere by your mobile Wi-Fi hotspot for $45 a month and I am very happy with it

After waiting for 45 min I was told that they are closing in 20 min and they have no time to do the business with me and go back tomorrow. Again I checks in and waited in the store 45 MIN!

I bought the iPhone 14 pro Max here and I have the Apple Watch ultra and the iPad Pro All hooked up Verizon 5g and it is awesome and the girl who helped me get everything set up is awesome and she is very knowledgeable about everything she knows her shhhht and I am very happy with the price and the monthly payment so I can’t remember what her name was but I will find out and post it she’s awesome and I can’t understand the negative reviews ! But I love Verizon so far one month in

Immediately walked in and the tall lady with brown hair was incredibly rude. She gave me and my brother dirty looks when telling her why we came in, meanwhile my brother actually works at another Verizon, so we knew what we were doing. He just wanted ti do it from another worker. Next, she was incredibly rude to this poor man named James . He was simply asking a question and she said “I don’t know how to help you James” over 5 times. He obviously looked like he needed some guidance and she made him look like an idiot. This was my first time in here, and the first impression was all I needed.

I never really write reviews but my experience here has been awful. Don’t ever trade your phone in here and get it shipped because these people clearly don’t know how to put the right address in. Nikki said they didn’t have any phones in stock but to ship it to you it’ll come in 2 days to the address. I pull up the address it needs to be sent to right in front of her with everything address, town, zip. I tell her everything’s right besides the zip code she changes the zip code and then sends the order in and doesn’t show me the address again to confirm I didn’t think anything of it because it was right the first time. Well when I went to check my order the address was completely wrong and was getting sent 30 mins away from where I needed it to get sent. When we try to fix it they tell us we have to do it on our own. So now it’s been almost a week and I still have no phone. My dad goes in and even the guy working said the addresses were the same when they were clearly different does state road 16 transfer to the same as Florida Ave #16 I guess so. They need to work on their training alittle more because clearly they don’t know how to type an address in right. Just want my phone and hopefully I’ll get it.
