Overall, they do pretty good, today, no tire shine, car didn't really get that clean, a lot of missed spots. Maybe an off day.

Shady/deceptive business practices.... Check your bank statements if your on their subscription service/ monthly plan. Realized they were charging me two times per month for the same car. No manager or person to assist with, everything has to be by email and no name. They terminated my membership because I raised this concern. Be aware!

Absolutely the WORST car wash operation in Ocean County!!!! From the so-called manager to owners, they treat their monthly customers horribly. I would bypass the Barnegat car wash because of their lines and this one never had a line. I guess that one aspect should have told me where I should have placed my loyalty. Barnegat Car Wash... You GAINED another customer and I'll be happy to wait in your line for a professional atmosphere.

One of the nicesy car washes i have used the indoor vacuuming area is a huge plus for keeping out of the weather while cleaning out your car.

No tap to pay and they say they have an app but it doesn't work. Couldn't get my car washed as I had no physical cards or cash on me but did have availability to use either tap to pay or the app. Don't bother trying to call their automated system is designed to send you in circles and doesn't actually give you an option to speak with someone

Been here many times but the last time I got everything but the Ceramic Shield and my car is still quite dirty. I feel like it hardly did anything. They don’t have anyone changing out the towels so they’re all dried out and worthless.

Bob was very friendly, helped me answer some questions, that I had no idea wasn't included in certain plans, compared to what I had. He seems like a great worker and an asset to your business.I do wish they used a cleaner water, bit of spots after the fact.

I had a problem with my membership my last visit in, My reader wasn’t scanning and my account wasn’t coming up. I clearly paid, had the receipts and all. Bob helped me through the process and gave me a plus customer service, while being the only one working the entire wash! Highly recommend this valet wash, and mainly due to BOB! Thanks BOB!
