“the island guest house is our happy place and gives us such immeasurable joy year after year. Between the joyful hospitality and friendship of JoAnne, Mark, Christina, & staff, the deliciously garden-to-kitchen breakfasts, and the whole experience of beach chairs, bikes, and games, this place has it all and above. The details of infused water from herbs in the garden to ensuring each guest has the most comfortable and excellent stay does not go unnoticed. “Do not every book a stay at The Boulevard. They take your money even if there is a glitch in the computer system when you try to book a room. It does not pay to even look at that place. The manager is very nasty and rude, and from what I read from comments of other guests, it is better to go somewhere else where the people welcome guests with open arms.”

“Be careful you book the right type of room. They have an annex on the next block. Not sure carpet is a good idea for beach front. Gum needs cleaning from walk ways to beach as people, especially kids run barefoot.”
“The place isn't big... which is fine with me. The people that I've dealt with are huge. And that's what makes it great. The pool looked nice but we didn't have time for it this past visit. A hidden gem.

“We had reservations on the rooftop and it was very windy so we asked if we could be seated indoor. The staff accommodated us with friendly smiles and found us a table indoors. Our server was fun, happy to serve us and attentive to our table. We loved the food and drinks! Highly recommend to all! We had a great time!”
“Great location. Private beach access. Plenty of out door seating and showers. Hotel room access convenience. Great views of the ocean and the city. Quiet even though pet friendly. Cleanliness was acceptable but could be better. Beds were comfortable and had clean towel and sheets extra pillows.”

Kaitlin was super helpful, knowledgeable and very accommodating to our needs!! The suite was beautiful, pristine and spacious enough for everyone to get ready comfortably!
