Not rating this headquarters in mahwah just making them aware of the situation in the Avenel office since you are the backbone of these storesOn 1/31/22 at 9:05 am I went to the UPS drop off store in Avenel, NJ. to drop off a package and spoke to Shawn. He was very rude to me, started shouting to the top of his lungs saying that I don’t know what I was talking about. The company I was returning the package to had indicated that I can pick up the prepaid label at UPS. Well my head got chewed off when I showed Shawn the email stating that. When I asked him to lower his voice and if that’s how he always treats his customers he stated “ I was not a customer”. Mind you I go to this store on a weekly basis. I was mistreated at this store for a simple misunderstanding. I will never take my business there again and I definitely do not recommend anyone going to that store. Shawn needs to be schooled on customer service or find a new job where he doesn’t have to deal with the public.If you read the Avenel stores reviews you can see I am not the only one complaining about Shawn.
