I went to the store and Nathan greeted me with a smile! He helped me so much and was very informative about packaging and shipping. We probably talked for almost an hour about that. Please ask for Nathan when you are in this store!

Nathan at UPS STORE 3080 was extremely helpful and very patient. I completely messed up on my order and he helped me fix everything in a timely matter that didn't cost me very much. It's nice to see employees that deal with customers this way and should be recognized.!

Always my go-to place to make my Amazon returns. The employees are so helpful! Line can take a bit once in a while (usually during holidays) but it’s usually the customers that hold up the line

During my visit, I encountered a situation while attempting to return an Amazon package.
I requested approximately 14 inches of tape to seal the box, and the clerk informed me that there would be a $2.00 charge for such a small amount. I felt this charge was excessive and expressed my concern. At that point, the store manager, who has a beard, approached me. Unfortunately, his response was not only dismissive but also quite rude. He stated that the store was not a charity and that they were in business to make a profit. His words and demeanor were unprofessional and left me feeling disrespected as a customer. Due to this experience, I have decided that neither I nor my friends will be returning to this store in the future. I believe that customer service is crucial in any business, and I hope you take this feedback into consideration to improve future interactions.

Seriously- the reason that I prefer shipping with UPS above any other shipping service is this store. Sergio and Tom make everything so easy to get done and anytime there’s an issue it’s get handled flawlessly- so much so that I only ship with UPS because I know for a fact that if there is an issue it will sure to be resolved. 10 stars if I could, you guys are incredible.
