I’ve been a loyal customer at Supercuts in Mahwah, NJ for years, and that loyalty is largely due to one person: Liz Lewis. Liz is an outstanding barber and stylist who has consistently provided me with top-notch service. I popped in here this afternoon around lunchtime to see if I could get a quick trim as a walk-in. There were 2 gals at chairs doing hair, yet nobody at the desk. Kind of surprising that you're expecting these girls to cut hair AND act as a greeter, scheduler, phone answerer and cashier. That's a little much. There was a steady flow of customers in there in the time I spent there - both walk-in's and appointments. Would be less stress on these 2 gals and a better customer experience to have someone dedicated to greeting people, answering the phone and checking people out. So these women could actually do what they're there for - HAIR. I had Amanda. She was friendly, pleasant and very communicative. Made sure it was clear what I wanted, that I was okay with how much she was taking off and that I was satisfied after. Great experience. I will be back and at that time I hope you'll have actually hired someone for the desk, so these girls can focus on hair.
