Scott is amazing! When it seems like we wouldn’t get the loan he never stop, he continue trying until it all worked out. Walk us through from the beginning to the end. His expertise is truly amazing, he gave us clear instructions made the process smooth even though it was tedious. I highly recommend Scott.

I just closed on my first home yesterday and could not be happier with my experience with Scott and his partner Ben. From the application to the closing table, Scott was extremely efficient, responsive, and patient. He checked in routinely with updates and next steps, making sure no stone went unturned. He is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and to make sure I was comfortable through the entire process. I could not recommend Scott more, truly a 5 star experience!

I have used many mortgage brokers in the past and then came a refinance that no mortgage broker was able to make it happen. I was in dire need to refinance.The last mortgage broker that I used, we were well in middle the way of the refinance process, he told me that it won't work, there I was l with no other options available to refinance. I have used up all my connections and all the recommendations. Didn't know who else to call.Then, on the same day, somehow I have mistakenly called a random number on Google (a story on its own), realizing that this call was a mistake, I quickly hung up.About an hour later, I get a call back from this random number and there was Scott Mantel on the line returning my call, I quickly apologized to him and told him it was a mistake, I was about to hang up and he asks me "do you need a mortgage?", I said "Yes, I do, but you probably can't help me". Scott insisted that I got nothing to lose to try to which I agreed and especially as we both realized it was divine providence how G-d has connect us both together, so I decided to give it a shot.Did I tell you, no other broker was able to get me a mortgage as it was a complicated tough case. But Scott, a hard working individual with many connections got me to the closing table 4 month later.He worked very hard on this deal and was dealing with so many obstacles and he never gave up. He was always available for my calls throughout the whole process. Did the hard work what no other mortgage brokers was willing to do.I would use Scott in an hart beat over and over. Highly recommend. Direct to the point and very friendly.
