David Melendez, the Service Advisor was extremely helpful and informative. I’ve only had excellent experiences at the Ramsey Subaru Service Center and will continue to take my Subarus there for service.

Just purchased a brand new Subaru Forester Touring last Tuesday and to be perfectly honest, I needed the vehicle quickly and Alex Petrushin and Ramsey Subaru came thru like a charm. They jumped through hoops to meet my deadline and had the SUV ready for me when promised. We went through all the normal, new vehicle purchasing steps and they had me out of there in time and I was driving my new beautiful "top of the line", as my husband likes to call it Subaru Touring before noon. That evening around 6:00 pm the tire pressure warning light on the dash lit up and would not go off. I spoke to someone at the dealership and they said to check the pressure in all four tires and make sure nothing disproportionate and/or if light does not go off get it into service Dept. ASAP.
The next day Ramsey Subaru called to say that my new registration was in and I went to pick it up and the warning light still on so I asked if I could see service. I then found out that service is in a different location than the showroom and that it closes at 4:00 (it was 3:53) which I never knew because my husband always took it for me prior to this day. I also found out that they have what you call Express Service where you don't have to make an appointment, but, you have to get on the Express line and wait your turn. At that time the light miraculously went off so all was good, I made myself a latte in the showroom and left for home in my clean as a whistle, new SUV. Sure enough, on and off it continued to come on, go off, and I got messages to take it into service so yesterday I drive to the Express Lane and low and behold I drove right in. Two nice young men greeted me, asked me the problem. I told them what I was told when I first explained my situation with my vehicle. They believed that the vehicle probably was rushed to get to me and they did everything as they told me and the tires are inflated to 40 lbs. (as they told me) when on the truck to get to showroom and before they turn it over to me they should be deflated to 36 lbs., however, they were still at 40 lbs and that was what the whole problem was and the sensor was doing its job and they checked everything out and deflated the tires to all four being 36 lbs. Everything was good to go, no damage to the tires, pressure was now good, serviceman refreshed my memory on how to check my tire pressure to make sure they are always all at the same weight (36 lbs) which they should always be, and I was off enjoying my new "top of the line Subaru Forester Touring. Thanks again, Ramsey Subaru and now, the Service Department???.
Sorry, this review was sitting in my texts and was never sent so I'm pressing send now

Brought my car in to get looked at for an engine starting/sputtering intermittent issue. I said I need to know what’s wrong with it I don’t want any extraneous recommendations to confuse me focus on this issue ONLY. I get a text, with a link to a video of the inspection, in which they tell me my wipers are old and there’s a slight dent in the side of the car, which I knew. Then, they “recommend” I replace an evap purge filter for over $1,000, with ZERO EXPLANATION on what it is, what’s wrong with it, and most importantly IF IT HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH MY ISSUE. I am
Not approving a grand worth of work if you don’t even know that’s the issue
