I used to love taking the drive over to this service center pre-pandemic. They were pricier than others, but were big, spacious, clean (and even have a little playground for my young toddler at the time) and had the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff. Since the pandemic, however, my goodness...every visit has been worse than the last. I receive bad information, get eye-rolls when I press them for more details ("I really don't get why you're so confused" are not words one should ever hear from customer-facing people) and for my past 3 visits have left feeling either frustrated or swindled. If you have to come here, ask as many questions as you possibly can, and do your research so you don't have to make costly visits back-and-forth to an autobody or pay for services you don't need. Better yet, find a different service provider you trust and avoid this place if you can.

I mean to get out there and sell cars to most of us hippies I mean you gotta be somebody that's geared up and ready to go. You know I have a bit of the gear is something I really didn't expect because honestly what they want for some of the vehicles not all and nobody drives sick anymore I don't understand Much on fuel much better on the breaking system gives you a little more control but for example I went to go park my car and there is a big valet and the guy had a look right in the car me and my girl who's got really nice cans if you know what I mean Ed said sir would you please just park your car yourself over here really not too good at driving a manual... And my girl with her big ass cans leaned over and I think one of them fell out... Her cans that is and said, and I quote you mean You don't know how to work your stick shift and unfortunately the valet looked right at her square in the face right in the eye, and said only if you could work the stick shift for me... I spit out my beer as I was obviously drunk, driving laughed like hell let out the clutch Her cans went one way and I would the other as I lit them up right in the parking lot and sped around and parked my 1969 Chevelle big block, baby big block right into her spot. What up off the gas as I rev the engine a couple of times, and got it out of my system Exiting the vehicle. I almost pissed myself because I was still laughing at what the parking attendant couldn't handle although he wanted to handle Matilda's big ass titties as she worked his stick shift... Probably out in the parking lot in the backseat because it was kind of slimy, especially when she had a step out for about 15 minutes when she said she had to use the powder room... Ding ling. Dang my dong ding dong.

They used to provide great service and a fair price. The last two time I went in they recommended work that I didn't need. They said my control arm bushings were starting to go and that my brake rotors (with 6000 miles on them that I bought from their parts dept) were rusty and needed replacing. I am a retired ASE certified mechanic and almost fell for the bushings (they do go on Subarus) but I knew the brakes were fine because I had just done them. I took my car to a buddy's shop and low and behold the bushings were fine.....two tears later and they're still not "starting to go". They have become (maybe always were) crooks.

One part was back-ordered. Ramsey canceled that order at my request on shipped the available item immediately. They also refunded me immediately.

Parts department is a scam . Advertised prices are not valid. Extreme handling prices will be added!!!! Avoid this place, they are just wasting peoples time, order parts from EBay or Amazon to save big money!

Not happy with Ramsey subaru. They sent me the wrong part. I sent all my info on my vehicle and they sent me a part the didnt fit.

Absolutely not recommended. When a good and repeat customer is told that there will be a slight delay in getting specific optional parts for a brand new 2023 Subaru Crosstrek Sport that was purchased only 1 week earlier at Ramsey Subaru due to the Christmas and New Year holidays, that is completely understandable. When a customer is still waiting after 30 days for those same parts with zero communication from the dealer, that is not what I call a 5-STAR Ramsey Subaru experience. I will shop for the parts and professional installation elsewhere. Never again.

Shipping was fast i got my item in 3 days .But when i receive the item the driver side front window deflector has a little crack on the corner when i received it.i wish the quality assurance was better before they shipped it since the shipping box didn’t have any visible damage on it. Would of giving it 5 stars if it wasn’t for that issue.
