Dear Net - A - Porter, I have order 6 copies of the book Ibiza Bohemia from Assouline publisher, my order number is 26974377. I have only received 3 copies of 6 that I ordered. I have sent thousand´s of emails BUT NO ONE answered me!! I feel simply robbed by a BIG company that does not care about your LOYALTY customers ( I HAVE ORDERED TONS OF PRODUCTS FROM YOU FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD) I WILL NEVER BUY A SINGLE THING AGAIN, JUST BECAUSE OF THIS CASE. Also, this made me remind the TONS of books that I received came ALL BEAT UP and Damaged, so I had to lose my time to send it back and not having a perfect product in hand.I hope this feels as a lesson and an aware for other customers buying from you.!Thank you.
