“When I was in the parking lot at the UPS Store with a 67 lb package, a UPS driver saw me struggling. The driver walked over and picked up the package and carried it into the UPS store for me. Although he was a uniformed UPS driver he was not an employee of the specific UPS Store I was going to. It was very thoughtful and memorable for that driver to have assisted me that way. I love UPS.”

“Professional, helpful staff, always accommodating my needs. The store provides business services from packacking the goods, shipping it out and receiving in my mail (for which they send an e-mail notification), very much appreciated before making a trip to the store. Convenient location in mid-town (parking a bit of a challenge though).”

“I have been to many UPS stores over the years for most of my shipping and return needs in the greater NY/NJ area, and this location totally exceeds all expectations. The staff who works here are all super efficient, motivated and customer focused. As a working Mom of three littles, the staff completely helps get me in and out and they always go out of their way to ask how the kids are doing. Vishal is so knowledgeable of the offerings and has pride in the store as if it was his own business. Dan always greets me with a big smile and helps me get through my many needs/returns with nothing but a positive attitude. Overall, the staff here truly helps the customers and they work as a team to keep the line down and get folks on their way.
