I have been trying to get an actual bill of sale from this dealership for over a month. I call and get transferred and no one is ever at that extension. I got a financial statement but I want an itemized bill of sale because I'm having issues with my NY EZ Pass due to temp NJ. Plates. They also only gave me 3 mats instead of 4. I would be leery of the great reviews because the salesman asked me to write the review while I was sitting at his desk. Just left another message this afternoon.....still waiting

Don't trust the price listed on the website. This dealer has hidden fees and is a waste of time. They charge a CPO fee, a reconditioning fee, and many other fees. It's a lot of money they want to rip you off for.
Then, if you want to leave, they say they can wave the fees, which is proof that they just want to over charge you if you're stupid enough to allow it.

The sales staff is very professional and friendly. My experience was fantastic and Ali, my salesperson was knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating. He delivered my car on time to my home and went over the dashboard functions. He always has a smile and is very respectful. I highly recommend him if you are looking to purchase a Honda. It was a truly nice experience working with Ali!
