I have been to this location many times with no problems but today Eddie gave the worst service. I came at 7:30 am for oil change and I was told about 2 hours wait time which I understood ( Saturday) but after 4 hours I am still waiting and he told me because I didn’t made an appointment!! This is unacceptable!!

I paid over $300 to assess my window seal, even though it was still under warranty. I was told to make an appointment to come back and fix it. I called a bunch of times and could not get through to anyone who could help me make the appointment. So meanwhile it is still broken. Very disappointed.

Great communication and service was excellent. Appointment availability was great, I didn’t have to wait long. Everyone I spoke to was professional and pleasant. My service advisor was Stephen and he was helpful, straightforward and committed to getting the job done. Kudos !

I have financed 2025 Honda pilot on May on July for the first time trying my sun roof the left side bracket broke went for replacement it took 10 days to order they give me a loaner for a day the next day they called and told me to come get my car and when the part arrived they will call me, week later I received the call went and stayed 3 hours and when it was ready the guy give me the key and I left the next day I saw a dent on the left side haven’t seen before, I haven’t called them about it because I work overnight and I sleep all day, don’t know what they will say. I’ll keep you updated.

I would give this company a 0 star but I can't rate that low. I brought my car in 2 weeks ago because my vent in the 3rd row and the seatbelt that comes from the roof of the car won't go back into place and would just fall down and hang from the roof. Eddie was my advisor I was told he needed to order the part I call week later because I didn't hear a word yet if it was in or not I talk to the receptionist find out it's not in yet and probably be another week. I call today and talk to the receptionist and he looks and sees that only one part is in and he doesn't know when the other part will be in so he is going to transfer me to Eddie to see if he can give me and ETA. I get connected to Eddie and he gives me the round about and doesn't know when the other part will be in I then notify him that he said this would take a week and we are going on 2 weeks now. He told me if I could be put on hold so he can call to see if the can get an estimated ETA. I am put on hold for a sec. And then all of a sudden the phone gets hung up I call back and the receptionist who I talked to at the beginning of the call asks my name and I tell them and say I wanna talk to Eddie. He tells me to hold on and comes back to the line and tells me Eddie is on the phone and asks if he could call ne back as soon as he gets off the phone. I give him my number and never got that phone call back tonight. The service sucks here and obviously they need to train their services people about respect because they don't have any of it here. I don't recommend coming here to service your vehicles.

Probably the best experience I had by a car dealer so far. Had an issue with my 2023 Odyssey, scheduled an appointment, brought in and was accommodated 100%. The car was still under warranty. As a bonus they told me that there was a recall on some part so they took care of it as well on the spot. The staff were friendly and helpful. Extra shout out to Stephen for pleasant customer service!

Horrible customer service and experience bought my 2018 Honda pilot in for a transmission problem they charge me $800 and never fixed the problem the manager said he would get me a new transmission while my car was still under warranty and now it’s not and now they won’t answer the phone save your money and time and don’t go here
