I wasn't happy on the first visit however Neil followed up and help to make the deal. From someone who is in sales I understand the difficulties of making everyone happy to close. He went the extra mile to make sure our new certified vehicle was ready to go and all docs were done . Will be going back for my next vehicle for sure.

Excellent communication. Michelle was knowledgeable and so personable. It s was a pleasure working with her. Communication was good.
We took our Ford in for a hatch latch issue on Thursday . It was looked at Friday and needed a part so Monday the car was ready.
Michelle kept us updated along the way.

If I could give this dealership 0 I would for having a salesman like John.. very rude, unprofessional, I asked him about rebates, he didn’t like me telling him about rebates he doesn’t know abt, you tell him he is wrong about something and he tells you to you leave.. he thinks he is the smartest guy in the world.. I wouldn’t even think about going to this place ever again, gave them alot of business in the past but making sure all the fiends and family knows not to come here anymore..

Worst service center in the state of new jersey
After servicing at price gauged rates for reported issues the car was not put back together and poor
Workman ship never go here again they will take your money with a smile and give you nothing in return
