FTL DELIVERY Services is the worst business and experience I have ever had. They are not responding to my constant requests to return my personal belongings. The admitted a piece of furniture was placed in the wrong bin In February when I moved. It is August and still don't have my Commercial Elliptical and Dresser Mirror. They damaged my bedroom armouire and told me they would repair it with the piece they put in the drawer, however there was nothing in drawers so this of furniture remains damaged! they also handled my storage services which was more devastating than the move. They packed everything in the unit to the ceiling and when I opened the door I couldn't even put on foot to step inside! I made it very clear I needed to access my belongings because I was going to live with a relative until my new home was finished. I moved from a large home with valuable possessions which are buried on bottom of heavy boxes that are sitting in storage getting crushed and unreachable. Boxes were opened and dumped into other boxes I know we're not packed together by me and labeled unrecognizable. I was not given a contract or bill of lading that should have their registered ID number. I'm in the process of filing a complaint with BBB and State Authorities. In the meantime I wanted to save others from this horrible nightmare experience! thank you

I have worked with FTL Delivery Services since 1996. Our inital moved from NYC to New Jersey was the first time we worked with Frank and his company. As our tastes grew, we moved again in 2004, 2008, 2013, 2015 and lastly 2018. Each move we used the packing and unpacking service and it was effortless. Maybe that's why we decided to move so many times!Most people find moving to be stressful, but with FTL Delivery Services, moving is always very professional and a breeze.I'd like to add that with each move, we moved to a larger home with many more larger pieces of furniture. We never had a problem with any scratches or damage. They even took my dry sauna apart and back together with each move and it still works perfectly!I recommend FTL Delivery Services and their storage option to anyone who wants an effortless move with peace of mind.

FTL services has made our job as a small store in NJ a lot easier ! Being able to have our furniture & lighting orders shipped to them , we did not have to worry about accepting them into our small location ! Instead shipping merchandise to them , they receive & inspect it then make arrangements to deliver to our customers in a timely manner ! They are professional, a pleasures to deal with , no job is too small & each customer is treated with upmost importance! We have been doing business with FTL Delivery Services for over 15 years & are looking forward to continuing to do business with them !!! Frankie & his crew are very special! You will realize that the minute you meet them ! ?

FTL Delivery Services were phenomenal. It all starts from the man Frank to the entire crew David, Brian, D, Dom, Pat & everyone else that came to assist. I used this service to move furniture out my home into another home and FTL was very professional, they wrapped and made sure all my property was well taken care of. I will highly recommend this company to my family and friends and will reuse this company for anything. They are very hand working men. Thank you FTL crew for everything you guys are amazing!

I highly recommend this moving company. We have used them several times for local moves. They will even relocate your hot tub. I will use them again.
