Mixed reviews here. Very friendly staff, but not near enough people to help the long lines that can get long during certain times of the day.

Not helpful at all, after waiting 20 mins to be waited on. Was told FedEx ground is a different "system " and couldn't access....huh!? Horrible!

This facility needs to be shut down. The drivers are dishonest and lie about delivery attempts. They never actually attempt to delivery any packages. Then to have to take a long drive to Mah Wah only for the representatives at the counter to lie about the location of my package is down right criminal. There’s been no movement on my package for a WHOLE week. They lied and said the package has been transferred to Walgreens it is not there. Walgreens has no such tracking number in their inventory. Mahwah Fed Ex facility is full of liars and thieves. No corporations should continue to do business with them and FedEx themselves should shut down this location.

I’m not sure I’ve ever had a good delivery from FedEx. Today the driver stole my package - forged a signature and never delivered it. Now I have to have them trace it and wait. Packages that DO require a signature never even get attempted - even if I am home, the driver will not even bring the package to the door. Just leaves a note and runs as fast as they can.

It's been about 4 days since the dam except for delivery, yesterday I dialed outside for delivery and it never arrived, today outside for delivery and the truck in front of my building, went to the building in front and then left, it will surely come later and they will update on the dam application delivery exception why? Because he felt like it, after he arrived at the station where the truck leaves to deliver it, he has almost a week and nothing, they go 3 times now when AT&T sends the devices, I don't understand what the hell they use this shipping company for

I've been here twice in the past week alone and the guy working the counter is great. Super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with shipping and packing questions. They are also open late (til 8pm) which is helpful for the last min procrastinators, like myself. We also use them at work for our go-to print center for printing large scale construction plans and they are fast and update us constantly when items are ready. The place is also super clean. Excellent center.

Says tried to deliver indirect signature required. Two people were right by the front door during the delivery day and there was never a knock nor did the truck even stop by my house

A fedex driver rang the bell and "banged" on the door and then left immediately to not give me a chance to get to the door and it said on the door tag they will redeliver package the next day "before" 12 noon but to no avail and then on the website for my package that they will redeliver my package by the end of the days later and which is 5 pm but again to no avail! I get a a message last night saying your package is at Walgreens"me"
to pick it up! WHAT?! I have never heard of such a thing! It was supposed to be an overnight delivery but to FedEx "overnight" means 1 year later!
