Ran in for wipers, also picked up a bulb. Ben made sure I got the correct bulb so I didn't have to make a return. Staff was helpful and cordial and took the extra steps for a great customer experience.

BAD ATTITUDE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was greeted with a bad attitude the second I walked in. The advance auto app told me to buy the wrong part. I called to ask if I can return an open package and was told I can exchange it. On arrival I was once again greeted with a bad attitude and told he doesn't know who I spoke to but he makes the decisions and I can't exchange them. Congratulations AutoZone, you've earned a new customer. Very disappointed.

I don't usually leave reviews but these guys are some of the most miserable SOBs I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. Cut the bad attitudes and actually help people and maybe you all wont run the business to the ground.

1 star lost for being grumpy AF when purchasing, lost 1 star for being downright annoyed when returning unneeded parts and 1 star lost bc i felt like an inconvenience both walking in and out both times. Parts were accurate and up to standards.Won’t be back…

Had what I needed but served with an attitude. Wouldn't hurt to have some customer service and be nice to people. And maybe don't throw parts i ask for in the air for it to slam on the counter.
