“I was recommended this place by a friend and my experience here was amazing. Tony and his team absolutely killed it. I was looking for a detailing for my car and called to inquire. Tony told me I could come right away because they had an opening and so I did. They offer a mini detailing which let me tell you is far from mini. All in all it took about an hour and I waited for it. Tony would come in to give me updates. They absolutely nailed it. My car is pristine! I have a 90lb golden retriever but you wouldn’t even guess because there wasn’t even a single dog hair left in the car. 10/10 and highly recommended!”

“A short while back I decided to sign up for the monthly exterior wash only program, and it is well worth it, especially if your vehicle is parked outside all of the time being exposed to the elements. The deluxe services offered, and super vacuum are not for me since my car is pretty clean all of the time, and they are quite costly. I used to regularly go to Spotless Car Wash in Hackensack when I was working, and they offer individual pay-to-use vacuums for customers which I wish this place had.
The Urban Auto Spa employees are friendly, and will acknowledge you which I feel is a nice way to treat new, as well as repeat customers. So far, no complaints.”

“This is a smaller operation, you pull in behind a house and wait in line to drive into a garage that has an overhead sprinkler system to wash the top of the car while men hose the car down from the sides. Before that, you exit the car for the interior cleaning. Then you drive into the garage and remain in the vehicle for the hand wash. You then drive through the second garage door to get outside and the drying process begins. You can pay inside the small office and leave a tip in the jar. My car was washed very nicely and the prices are posted on the signage leading to the wash. The only thing about this car wash is that there may be a long wait since there are no machines and this is a hand wash (especially on the weekends). Regardless, I was satisfied.”
