Our recent experience ends with the sale but goes 'way back' to how hard the team worked to find the SUV we wanted. Back in July we went for a test drive and landed on the model we were comfortable in. BUT the vehicle we wanted included more features than the initial test drive model. So we were patient as the team worked their "network" to find the exact match. Once it was on-site and we booked our follow up test drive the experience was great. The team were gracious with their time in answering all our questions. During the final sale discussions, we found our way to a total package which met our needs. This was a very positive process and we highly recommend Eric, Rich and Jennifer to anyone wanting their next SUV.

Just picked up a 2021 gmc 1500. Everyone I dealt with was great esp Rich and Jenn! She took extra time with me to get the right paperwork done and made sure the process was done correctly. Rich always made sure he was in contact with me and even gave me his personal number if I had any questions.They made sure they helped me all the way through! I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing an auto.

The salesman Zane is the ONLY reason I am giving 2 stars. The manager was rude to the point that I was leaving when the salesman came out to try to earn my business. He really made the effort to try to show me the difference between the two vehicles I was interested in. He managed to win me over and save the sale. The very next day I was supposed to bring the vehicle to service for an inspection. Service dept hours are until 5pm. I leave work early yo make and get half way there and get a call that the service technicians left at 4pm so I need to come the next day. I let them know I forgot to grab my ezpass out of my trade in and would like to pick it up when I come in for the inspection. Fast forward to the next day get to the dealership for the inspection to be told they can't find my ezpass and it probably got thrown away by the detail department. Needless to say I had to eat the replacement for the ezpass despite the dealership knowing EXACTLY who traded in the car. I was going to go back and buy a Canyon pickup. After all this I went and bought a Nissan without a single problem.
