BEWARE!! Tried to take advantage of a young girl not once but TWICE on a car deal. Increased the price of the car over 4 thousand dollars when they ran the numbers. After realizing and bringing it to their attention we agreed on numbers and monthly payments. After we got insurance for the new car the dealership tired to switch the numbers AGAIN with an increase of 4 thousand dollars on the MSRP. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHADY! STAY AWAY!!!

DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP !! The new owners are not honoring the service contracts that were purchased by customers. Apparently, they feel they can take over the dealership and ignore the contracts that were sold to their customers before they arrived. My advise to everyone is to not buy any service contracts since most of them are scams. They take your money but when it comes to providing the service, suddenly they have nothing but excuses.

I attempted to purchase a certified used vehicle from this dealership. I submitted a cash offer and then the sales department informed me that the pricing was based on financing the vehicle even though the offer was submitted as a cash offer on their website. I attempted to close the deal then was told that my offer was not accepted and the price had increased significantly. I asked for transparency on the price and the sales contact become belligerent and told me that the dealership sets the price and abruptly hung up. I called back and asked to speak with the dealership manager but the manager would not take my call. I have been a customer of GM for 30 years but due to this experience I will move onto another automotive OE. My advice to others would be to avoid this dealership. Their rating on this site should be a good indicator of what a good dealership isn't.

I was charged $623.71 to have a new battery installed plus "diagnostics" I had to jump my truck so I decided to go to Buick GMC of Mahwah to get a new battery, because mine was about 9 years old. I figured I'd pay a little more, because it's a dealer, but about $300 in labor and diagnostics alone to confirm that the original almost 9 year old battery needed to be replaced? Are you kidding me? I wound up paying about 3 times as much as I would have paid at a regular non-dealer mechanic - I priced it would have been about 1/3 the price installed at other nearby mechanics! Everyone was nice and courteous aside leaving me feeling like I got completely ripped off. I just cannot believe I just paid $623.71 for a battery replacement

Great experience. Dealer aims to work around the customers needs. Just purchased my second vehicle from them in one year! Pat is the sales guy to go to. Transparent, friendly and knowledgeable. He gets the job done every time! Management is also very personable and aims to get the customer rolling out in some new wheels every time. Would certainly recommend!!

Called and texted sales staff about a used car of a completely different make (but for sale with them from someone else's trade-in). Was given pricing for this used other make car, including ALL ADDED FEES, taxes, tags, no LoJack, etc. Trusted them that this would be accurate and drove 3 hours to get there. The deal was completely different upon arrival. It was thousands more than anticipated. Completely deceitful. Turned around and left. Wasted 7 hours of time + gas, which is a real loss these days. Terrible experience with jackals. Huge time wasters and dishonest people.

SCAM ALERT: The government should force them to put Bait & Switch at the top of everyone of their pages and vehicle descriptions. They advertise one price, then add thousands to it when you show up. We were prepared to purchase a vehicle at the advertised price only to find out that was over $3700+ in dealer fees and markups on that price. Taxes and MVC fees aren't included in those scam fees. The salesman was rude and disrespectful of our time. I feel sorry for anyone that pulls into their lot. These people are worse than the stereotype of a bad used car salesman!

I recently had my 2019 Buick Encore in for service and questioning where are all the chairs in waiting lounge? There is an area for children and only 2 high tops with stools. Difficult for some people to access. Also under previous ownership my car was always washed and they honoured a senior discount.

I really don't like leaving negative reviews, as a business owner I know it's difficult to please everyone & some reviews are just not representative of the typical experience. However, i really feel my experience with this dealership justifies this review. It's my understanding that this GMC Dealer have recently went thru an ownership change. That said, I would think if they knew they had a problem they would be quick to correct, as bad business practices usually don't bode well with your customer base and certainly not if you are trying to grow your base. Now to my issue, went on test drove a GMC / 2500 AT4. Came back twice with the family, test drove twice and the sat down with the salesperson for the final pricing review. And only then was I made aware that there was a price adjustment of + $10,000 over MSRP. Now this is free country and as so you can charge whatever you want. What l object to is advising me as I was about to sign on the bottom line. Like $10,000 that the truck was going to cost me over MSRP was a little adjustment! So nowhere on the price sticker, or previously mentioned in the several visits or conversation did they think it was worth mentioning. I don't have any respect for people wasting my time and this was a waste of my time. When I called them out on this BS business practice; then the finger pointing / blame game began ...It's the salesperson fault... It's the sales Mangers fault... it's the business manger fault. This is not a one off issue with this dealer-read the reviews. t's the way they do business. It's really too bad, had they didn't mentioned up front about the "adjustment" I'm sure we could have worked something out that would have worked for both of us...But not this way. They are not the only dealer with GMC trucks.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP! I recently leased a GMC Sierra from this dealership. I consider myself to be a wise person. However, I feel like I was scammed. The salesperson confused the shi* out of me. He told me that they would give me $19,000 for my trade-in. I even have paperwork indicating that they "supposedly" gave me the $19,000. When it came to signing the overwhelming amount of paperwork, I questioned an amount that was above what was agreed upon for the sales price of the vehicle. The salesman told me that the higher amount was only for insurance replacement purposes. Shame on me for believing him. When I got home and actually spent time reviewing the paperwork, I discovered that the dealership actually charged me $9,000 over the agreed amount ($10,000 over MSRP). The trick he played was making me think that I got $19,000 for my trade-in, but the dealership added over $9,000 to the price of the vehicle. When I called them, the finance person blamed the salesman and the salesman blamed the finance person. They both blamed the manager, who would not speak with me. Needless to say, I was screwed! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. I should have read the other reviews before doing business with them, as someone else had the same story, but they were smart enough to leave.

Let me start by saying that the sales guy I dealt with, and the gentleman who seemed to be a manager or finance guy were very friendly and courteous, and this review is not a reflection on them. BUT the reason for my 3 star review is because after spending close to 2 hours at the dealership looking and test driving 2 vehicles, I was ready to do the paperwork, it was then that I was hit with a 10 yes TEN thousand dollars upcharge which was written as a Market value adjustment. Now I'm a car person, I trade vehicles every 2 years, and am well aware of the Market value adjustments out there, but A) most market adjustment at this time have dropped to $2500 (yes I've been shopping around) And B) most dealerships have it listed on either their website or attached to the window sticker on the vehicle. This place had nothing anywhere. I walked out of the dealership on principle, I don't appreciate them trying to pull a fast one on me, and it felt like they did that intentionally to get the customer excited enough that in the heat of the moment they agree to pay. I refuse to deal with dealerships that are not upfront, i have walked out on deals before and always ended up finding something better at a more honest place.
