Thank you to the dynamic duo of Kenny and Bruno ‘KenWeBru’ for their amazing customer service! I arrived with multiple issues going on with my vehicle and no clue on what to do. Yvonne was professional and called me to explain that there were a couple of items that were safety issues, so said to repair those as well. I came in for tires and had a front end alignment, shocks and and oil change, what a big difference on my ride. Definitely coming back.

1st time going to Mavis Discount Tires. Best customer service i have ever experienced. From the time I walked in until I left. Kenny is the best, he knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. I went in for an oil change, no pressure into getting anything else done to my car. I went by the other day needed air in my tire, Kenny saw me and came out to say hello and proceeded to put air in my tire. Like i said best customer service. We need more people like Kenny.

Go to a place that know what they are doing.
I’ve been here twice and waited over 5 hours,with an appointment,both times to just get new tires. The first time I was there one of the workers hit my car while pulling another customers car out of the shop. Mavis corporate did reach out to me to fix the problem. The second time I got new tires and wanted an alignment. I was told I needed new inner and outer tire rods in order to do the alignment and that my struts needed to be replaced. I told them I’d take it to my mechanic to be fixed. Take my car to voorhees auto repair and they tell me my studs and tire rods are completely fine but my cars gets a a little bouncy because the tires were not properly balanced when they put them on. So they were wrong about what needed to be fixed in my car and the things I went to have fixed at mavis were incorrect.

I brought my car in to get checked and Kenny, the manager I guess, gave me such a hard time and then disappeared and when I confronted him about it he threaten to call the police on me. Which he then did instead of taking responsibility.

Great service and customer service! needed a tire sensor replacement. As soon as I stepped in Kenny greeted me and had my car in a bay all within 5mins. Kenny went above and beyond.
I will definitely go back in the future and would also recommend others to get their cars serviced there.

Got a nail puncture this morning, called Mavis, and within half an hour or so, Bruno and Kenny fixed it up right away. They didn’t even charge me for the service. Glad to have this place right near my house!

I brought my car to get my tire checked for a leak and they took so good care of my car and didn't push me to buy more, instead they let me know in case I wanted to later on. Phenomenal customer service and I got service right there and then, when another company told me they couldn't because my car is a special car. Thank you for this company and will go back as a regular customer and refer everyone I know!

First let me start by saying that I will never go to any Mavis again. Went 2 days in a row. First time waiting time was said 5 minutes. Waited 1 hour and left. They made me a 8:00 appointment the next morning. Now they said waiting time is 2 hours. Bruno and Ken are the worst managers ever. Both should find a new line of work. I also have been a customer for years but I am spreading the word to people not to do business with Mavis stores anywhere. O STARS!!

I had a flat tire, I knew my tire was a special order. They quoted me over the phone and gave me the earliest appt to have it mounted which was less that 24hrs from when I called. Not only did they call me to come in a hour earlier than expected, but they had me in and out within 45 minutes!! Oh and they beat the lowest quote I received by $20!!
This Magnolia location is different - Yvonne, Kenny and Bruno are dedicated and professional. They will also take care of you with a smile and pleasant disposition. Go see them!!!

I had a great experience at Mavis Discount Tire . Walked in needing a tire change and was impressed with the speedy service. Ken and Bruno had me back on the road within minutes. Great customer service and efficiency.

The young lady running the show there knew exactly what to do, had a trailer tire that was flat. She had the staff seal the bead, done in 5 minutes. AND.......... She didn't even charge me!! I still havent wrapped my head around the fact that someone actually didn't try to take advantage of a customer. Your da best, girl! Thank you again. Highly recommend this place.
