They cracked my oil drain plug on F150 and tried saying it was leaking. BS. They overturned ythe plug and snapped it and tried putting it on my and charge me $15. Unexperienced tech and shady business. WATCH OUT PEOPLE !!

I always have a wonderful experience with this Valvoline in specific. The employees are always kind and attentive- but today, Jakub exceeded my expectations. I came in for a conventional oil change and left with almost a complete tune up, for an insanely low price. Jakub was quick and super helpful. I will definitely be coming back :)

I'm here at 7 and they are ready. I've got specific authorizations and they understand that completely. They are transparent with work performed and cost ahead of time and it's all I can really ask besides quality workmanship and they have that too.

The one thing that I absolutely hate, is changing my oil. I always take my vehicle to this location. The staff are courteous, and always explain your options and usually are pretty quick and getting everyone in and out. The best advise that I can give, get there when they open it's the best time.

I have gone to this place for the last few years, with no issue. They do seem to have a revolving door of employees, but everyone comes off friendly and helpful. With that said, On my last visit(1/7/24), one of the employees did not take the seal off of the gasket, and doubled sealed. This left my car oil to completely drain by 1/9/24. Which means my car would not start and the engine was on life support. I had to get it towed and checked outTo make sure no engine metal was in my oil tank(if this was to have happened, my engines life span would have been any day. My car is only 2 years old). Though I don’t want to say the people at this location were bad to deal with when having to talk to them about this, corporate on the other hand was terrible. They refuse to pay for the damages and the cost of the oil pan check to make sure my engine was fine. As if the cost of a new engine would have been cheaper than the $400 it cost to have my oil pan Checked and a new oil change. 20/10 I do not recommend, due to the small chance that they mess up your car, they will try to refuse to pay for it to be fixed by someone else. Anyway, go elsewhere to avoid this.

Been coming here since 2015. Today I experienced being bullied by an employee commenting on my clothes and what I had on my car. Had nothing to do with any service, very unprofessional. Will not be going back
