I believe back in June 2021, my Toyota Camry 2009 had an over heating issue and antifreeze (if I’m correct) splattered all out of my car and every since then it kept overheating and stopping a few seconds after turning the car on. I went to this shop, and they (express auto services) first off, they were mad at me because my umbrella kept touching their desk and they didn’t want their paint messed up. It already looked rusty & old but anyways, they “finished” my car. I left out and all of a sudden black smoke started coming out of my exhaust and it broke down less than a mile up the white horse pike. I paid them almost $500 to get this overheating issue fixed. Plus they waited to tell me that there was another issue (black smoke reason) after fixing one small issue (for $500) it would’ve been GREAT if they said all this before fixing my vehicle. For all that I could’ve just put the car somewhere and just saved my money. You live and you learn. ? Just some car places are whack.
UPDATE: May 14, 2024 (responding to their message) There were no paperwork on the counter and I was holding my umbrella the whole time (it was just rubbing against the counter when I was leaning) and guess what? It wasn’t even raining outside it was too sunny and hot and I used the umbrella for shade ??? don’t play with me! Y’all workers are rude, disrespectful, y’all (Express Auto Services) DID NOT tell me my issue with the leaking radiator until after fixing the car overheating issue… which was still overheating!!!! If they would’ve said all that BEFOREHAND i would’ve made my decision and just not get the car fixed at all! Duh…. Express stop tryna cover your flaws I’m not dumb. Y’all have too many complaints and y’all keep tryna hide it. All I’m saying to anyone looking for car maintenance, there’s other REASONABLE car places who won’t try to play you out.
My friend came here and her car broke down the NEXT DAY!!! PLZ DO NOT GOOF WITH ME EXPRESS AUTO LAME SERVICES!!!!

One of the best mechanics Very friendly and very prompt with getting my car back. Got everything repaired for half the price quoted to me by the Jeep dealer.
It is so hard to find a honest reliable mechanic.

I've gone to Express a couple of times now and I can tell you this is an excellent shop. Larry and the staff are all friendly and know their stuff. One of my recent jobs was replacing the window motor unit and they were half the cost of the dealer.

I've only owned late model or used cars my entire life. I can safely say this is the best neighborhood garage I've ever used. Cost effective, fast and professional. I have easily gotten several more years of use out of my current car because of the skill of these guys. The owner is awesome.
