No I would not recommend this pharmacy.The staff did not ID me, or ask for my insurance, and he take a sweet 45 mins to get my med. when I offered my insurance, he only took my secondary insurance and refused to take my first insurance. He was unprofessional and unkind. And he is likely to be a racist. It looks like he is at the retirement age and I think his retirement will benefit us all.

I really like this Walgress where I work at Drew University most of the time. But lately the staff was ok, but mostly some of the stuff that I was looking for like a toothbrush holder, & when I tried to find it was like a travel size. ??♀️ But anyway that was it.

The line for the pharmacy always takes at least 30 minutes. Waited an hour for something they told me would take ten minutes max. Prescriptions are never truly ready even when they say ready.

Waited 45 minutes for a flu and COVID booster, and never got one. Was very disorganized, and entirely mismanaged. Was told wait was about 15-20 minutes but another 25 minutes later, they could not tell me when I would be up next. Meanwhile they took my insurance info and likely filed a claim despite me having to leave for another appointment. This store has been late with my Rx lately, and inventory has been low for common store items. Hoping it goes out and CVS comes in, or at least a better general manager.

Just switched from CVS pharmacy to Walgreens. So far, all is good. Prompt, friendly staff. Not too hard to get through to the pharmacy by phone (not true at CVS). No long wait.

Madison store is poorly managed. Shelves are empty and there is always a long wait at pharmacy window even when not busy. They ignore long lines and will engage in casual conversations while the rest of us stand on long lines. Terrible service

Customer Service is Horrible Went for my pictures not done I did them a Day early to come in and no sign of them clearly got an Email stated that they were done ready for pickup. I always had the help from The Beauty Advisor Hispanic girl name Jessica or Jennifer can't remember she was always helpful always had coupons helped me saved help me with my pictures she went out of her way bring back this type of customer Service please. I won't be back upset about my pictures Noone was helpful showing proof still nothing so someone lost my pictures.

The older blond lady who helped me today at register near the door was combative when I asked if I could switch accounts under my phone number, she said "You got your sale already" yet it was under my mother's account. Never offered a bag either. This was around 1-2pm. I don't know her name but she was obnoxious, as though everything was a problem. I would write her up.
