Katrina and Anthony are great. As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and they were always available to talk anytime we needed. We worked with them for several months and saw many properties given the difficulty of the current market for buyers. They continued working with us just as hard on each property we looked at as they did on the first one.

We decided to move out of state and sell our home. We chose Vitale Group due to their approach, experience and expertise in what drives the selling and buying process. Katrina helped me stage the home for pictures that would appeal to the masses. Within two days of creating our partnership, we had an open house. It was an a solid turnaround and ultimate success. The family we sold the home to attended that first open house. We had an offer within 4 weeks. We closed within 60 days of putting the home on the market. Katrina was outstanding! She impressed me immediately. She went through the house and told us exactly what we needed to do to get it ready to put on the market. After meeting with other prospective agents, I called Katrina to tell her that we had selected her. Katrina came back the next day and met with our mother, whose house we were selling, to ensure she understood everything we were trying to do. She came back a week later to see what else needed to be done. Katrina came back again to ensure that everything was ready. She then put the house on the market and it sold rapidly and for very close to our asking price. Katrina mad it all very easy. Thank you, Katrina!
