I never write reviews in this mood but I’m so disappointed in my first time experience.
A. They only accept cash but they ask about a card details to sign up! What is the point of this?!
B. The prices are far too high considering they don’t even offer customers a glass of water.
C. Dani done my haircut. She was absolutely nice but not listening well to do her task, so the result was unpleasant. I asked her to cut for long layers to shoulders but at the end all are in the same length around my ears, even though I showed her a picture to know what exactly I mean. It was disappointing with the high price they charge people. I expect them to be detail-oriented. It was my first experience at this location. I think young people here should be aware of their impressions on their clients to keep them coming back. I don’t know if they have managed observing their performance, but I know how a business runs better than this.
I am sorry to pay $90 cash then felt like a middle school nerd in thanksgiving party??
Now, it takes 6 months after the above review and nobody from the salon cared at least to say apologize!! Or say what was bothered you? That would be a lack of management and supervision of customer service in this business.
Please, please don not waste your money to trust people who they don't care about you and have a fake facade in the google search for {"Best hair cut near me"}.

A good hairstylist is not hard to come by, but an amazing, personable, and kind hairstylist is nearly impossible to find. Dani is charismatic, professional, and a perfectionist. I’m new to the area so I was skeptical on where to go but I was not disappointed. Thank you Dani & Priscilla!

I have been going to this Salon for a long time. On genuine case where I had been sick and called to let them know so that I do not infect the people, I still got charged...It is one thing to make money but other not to have empathy

Went in for highlights. I showed a picture of my friend's hair color that I wanted. However, $400 later, I look nothing like the picture. Very disappointing.

So disappointing. I went in for highlights and the stylist wasn't very nice and didn't make my color light enough. Wasted $300 :(

Danielle was fabulous ! Did my cut and color. Was a terrific experience. Highly recommend . She took her time and was so very knowledgeable.

Calling is an issue, repeated message letting ne know they were not available, yet i should be available for them when they call?Waiting area had small couch that had coats and purses strewn and no where to sit?No consultation at all, and as it turned out had to come back for a fix. Still a mess, will b letting this grow out a bit and finding a new place.At my return in talking with stylist another stylist jumped in, not positive not helpful and confrontational. In fact during my haircut she was gossiping about Tom, a client who had just left….not complimentary things said. Certainly not professionalSaw other posts and yes, only cash?? I absolutely never writes reviews but I’m so disappointed in my first time experience. A. They only accept cash and have an ATM in the salon. Whaaa?B. The prices are far too high considering they don’t even offer customers tea, coffee or water.I had my hair done by Peache, she was wonderful however there were some issues regarding what they charged me via how I booked my appt online. I never want to book an appt online, I had called twice and both times I was told to go on their website. Fine.My results. Are fine... I’m not unhappy but consumer beware. And go somewhere else. I grew up in Madison and this place just feels like they’re charging NYC prices in a suburb for no real reason.Services: Haircut

Sheriene really listened to my concerns about my hair. She cut my hair in a style that worked with the thinning hair I have on top and also cut my topper so it would fit with my new style. I love my new look and plan to keep her as my stylist.

**they will charge your card without telling you**I never leave bad reviews but I cannot believe this. I had an appointment there last week and unfortunately right beforehand I caught covid and I called to let them know. The man I spoke to was like "okay...so? Are you saying you want to cancel?" I was shocked - does this mean they would rather have someone come in with covid than have them cancel? I understand losing the time for them is bad, but would you rather have me come in coughing? After hanging up I felt really odd about the convo but didn't have the energy to think too much about it.Cut to...today (a little over a week later) I check my credit card account and they have charged it $185. For literally NO SERVICES. I called to inquire and he just says "Yep the owner makes the decisions and I'll see if she's willing to take the charge off but no guarantees". Ummm what? Due to their late cancel policy. I asked him if they would have let me come in with covid. Of course not, and they also have COVID policies where you sign saying you will not come in with it or symptoms of it. And yet they have the audacity to charge my card $185??For a place that denies the ability to even use your credit card they sure seem to love charging it for literally nothing! Such a scam.

I had been scheduled for a haircut and was delighted to get the BEST and most relaxing shampoo of my life! Peach is fantastic at the sink and I am very pleased with the haircut she gave me as well! I feel 10 lbs. lighter! She was welcoming and friendly and I will definitely be back. The place is at such a great location to boot! Thanks for a great service!Service: Haircut

I've gotten my hair done by Peach twice now and absolutely love it each time. She does an amazing job! Months after I still get compliments on my hair. She is fabulous.

Services for hair are really good but VERY expensive. The people are very nice though. Expensive Reason #1: cut and or color services. Much higher than the average price of a 5 star salon that does a great job. Reason #2 - unforgivable $50 charge. I was stuck in traffic because of an accident and called on my speaker phone where you can hear the loud trucks next to me. The guy told me I have to pay his overhead expenses to run the salon. I was told the owner would call me back...she never did. They lost a great customer. Oh, If you carry $300 you may be okay. If not, we'll, they don't take credit cards.
