Sadly don’t understand the lack of a pick up shelf for Printing Pick up. Why must I wait 30 minutes behind customers custom ordering poster board when my documents are prepaid.

Best staples I've ever shopped at. My fiance and I had to have something printed for our wedding and we had the pleasure of having Cassandra assist us. She was amazing! So happy we were able to have her assistance. She was kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond in her help and made the printing super easy for us! The management/corporate should take notice, because she is definitely an asset to their team!

Horrific service, called ahead to confirm they had an item and they said they would place it on hold. I drove over 40 minutes to pick the item up and they sold it before I got there even though it was on hold. To make matters worse they weren't even apologetic. The woman who I spoke to about placing it on hold at least looked upset on my behalf but the gentleman at customer service could not care less about my issue, just an "oh well" mentality. I will never shop in this location ever again and I will warn others to do the same as it's clear they have no care for their customers.

Had a great customer service experience in Madison. Cashier (may have remembered the name wrong, perhaps David? Cashier 1071953) helped us with selection, price-matched with online staples price, brought the office chair to us, and to the car. When I first was looking for help, found him re-stocking the refrigerator with beverages. He basically runs around doing a one-man show with a smile. Unfortunately can’t say the same for the people behind service desks. Can’t believe a guy with a blank expression on his face was texting on his phone the whole time, while a single cashier with a line of customers is also running to the back to get heavy merchandise.

Great customer service especially by the lady of SarahE or Sarah E she was great in the printer area being patient and also great with talking to me when I needed time to sort something out.
