Volunteers and staff in the rescue have been absolutely fantastic in helping us find and adopt a puppy. The store is small but well provisioned and friendly, and the training program is the best of its kind in the area. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Such an amazing animal center. We did not find the dog that was the right fit during this visit, but we will be back again to look. The staff was great. Very knowledgeable. Compared to other shelters, this was the best we've seen.

We adopted the missing piece of our family here last month and couldn’t be happier. He is the perfect addition. Maverick, formerly Koopa Troopa is living his best life. would recommend st. hubert’s time and time again.
St. Hubert’s Animal Welfare Center is open daily from 8 am to 6 pm. Adoption hours are 1:30-6 pm daily (Thursdays 3-6 pm). St. Hubert's based in Madison, New Jersey and was founded in 1939. St. Hubert’s is dedicated to saving the lives of animals and finding them loving homes. In addition to providing personalized adoption counseling and services, St. Hubert’s supports New Jersey communities with programs that help animals stay with their families, such as pet food banks, vaccine clinics and emergency pet boarding. St. Hubert's also serves pet families through its Training and Behavior center, two Doggy Day Camps, and a pet boutique.
