“My husband and I just recently purchased our first house through Weichert and are so in love with our dream home! Jennifer Hyatt, our realtor, worked with us throughout the whole home buying experience. At first, we were just looking to rent and happened to meet her because she was managing a rental we had looked at in Indian Lake. After talking and getting to know us a bit more, she suggested getting in touch with one of Weichert's mortgage advisors, Jack Ma, to see what we'd qualify for in terms of owning a home. My husband and I had been saving for a few years thinking we needed to do the traditional 20% down payment but after speaking with Jack, we realized we'd be able to afford a home much sooner.Jen was so on top of researching potential options and updating us with new listings.
