Super disappointed with my first visit here. I came this evening (after calling prior to ensure they could fit me in) for a gel fill. It was very obvious i was squeezed in, but even more obvious that none of the girls wanted to take care of me. The gentleman who i assume is the owner, was fantastic and kind the entire time. But the three women were not friendly, zero conversation with me, and made it abundantly clear they did not wish to service me, or help complete my appointment. I felt so uncomfortable the entire hour i was there which was very disappointing. I’ve been getting my nails done for 10+ years and never been treated that way before. The nails came out great and as i mentioned, the gentleman was fantastic and ended up finishing my nails but i would still never return due to how i felt during my service.

I’ve been coming here since I was in high school, and every time it doesn’t matter who I go to-I always leave so happy! Everyone that works here is kind, talented and never rushes me. I usually go to Joe (who is a sweetie!) but I’ve literally been to Pam, Mylien, Kelly, Sandra legit everyone else and they always killed it.

awful. i had a woman named Alexa do my nails and she did not do what I asked for at all. I asked for medium length almond french tips and i got short length cat claws. for starters, the woman doing my acrylics was on the phone the entire first half of doing my nails. the woman that filed my nails, alexa, did not know how to file nails. every single nail turned out crooked and completely different shapes. i asked for medium length and i got short. when she was filing my nails and kept messing them up, i asked her to fix them and she made them worse. i also got a gel pedicure and the man that did it had no idea what he was doing. it was the messiest pedicure i have ever gotten. he also barely massaged massaged my feet and didn’t do anything else but paint my toes and give me the worst massage. on top of that, i payed $130 for all of this!!! $130 for poor service, and bad nails. i do not recommend.

they were not really receptive to the color I wanted. There is also a piece of fuzz in my gel manicure and my nails are not evenly coated. I wish I could’ve written a good review but I didn’t have the best experience.

went for the first time for graduation. polish was a lot more clear than the model nail, nbd, but the artist didn’t show me my nails until the whole hand was done, and when i said it looked a little pale he said it’d be fine with another coat. it didn’t help much, i could still see all of the white tips of my own nails, which weren’t really rounded out either. they don’t look awful, just a bit of a mid experience. probably would’ve gotten similar results at home. every time i asked for a minor correction it felt like the whole salon was shocked, suddenly every nail artist was staring at me because i asked for a little more of a file a singular time. the whole thing felt like they were doing me a favor, just a bit awkward.

I recently visited Polished Nail Lounge, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment I walked in. They took great care in ensuring that I received the perfect nail treatment.The salon is immaculately clean, and they follow strict hygiene protocols, which is essential, especially in today's world. My nail technician mylien was skilled and detail-oriented…..and they made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process.Not only did I leave with beautifully manicured nails…..but I also left with a smile on my face ? because of the excellent service. Polish nail lounge is now my go-to place for nail care, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch service and a relaxing experience.

My Lien is an artistic genius and knows how to execute designs exactly how I show them to her in a photo or if I’m feeling spontaneous will go above and beyond to make trend forward designs. I receive compliments after every single fill in!

Kelly is the best nail tech hands down! She takes her time making the nails a beautiful, clean shape. AND she cuts cuticles! She made my nails look so beautiful.

I had my pedicure and gel manicure first time here since it is closed to my house. Pedicure was ok. But I don't recommend gel manicure. The way she polish my nail make my nails very thin and fragile and you felt like you are going to lose your nail. I was sooooo uncomfortable and nervous during the whole time. it still hurts and feels weird several hours after I got home. Gel is not done pretty and smooth....

I'd like to give a long over due shout out to Polished Nail Lounge Mylien (owner) she is an angel They are located next door to Rocco's on Main Street. They are so professional and everything is always so clean! They make you feel like you're at home. They are the hardest working, most talented, and kindest nail technicians I've ever came across. Pictures do not do justice. I feel their work isn't appreciated enough so I wanted to share my nails today, these ones were done by Kelly ! My apologies for my crooked fingers lol. Give them a call ! They're amazing and I promise that you won't go back to your old place. Go get pampered whether it's Lash Extensions/Tinting/Lifting, Nails, Waxes.. they do it all and they do it amazing, and did I forget to mention they offer combos ! you won't regret it

Over priced nails for what you get. My set was poorly filed and the nail art came out extremely messy and completely dissimilar to the reference picture. It also seems to be understaffed and overbooked for the number of staff because my nails seemed and looked rushed. Much better places to do your nails for less in the surrounding area.Services: Acrylic nails

My daughter had her eyebrows sculpted for the first time and Kelly did an amazing job. The appointment was on time and the staff was friendly. It was not packed at all and they managed their scheduling very well. We will be back and highly recommend for eyebrow sculpting work!
