The owner, Gina also moonlights as an estate sale executor but she cannot be trusted. If you want honest, transparent transactions DON'T use Gina. I lost a furniture set because of her greedyness.

Poor communication at this shop. I called several times and have voice messages (proof) of shop help telling me that the item I was looking to consign would be taken, and to share pictures with Gina, the owner. Via voice message, she provided me the email address for Gina, which was incorrect. It took four emails until Gina finally responded, stating, the Late 1800s Victorian Mahogany Carved Settee Loveseat (unused), couldn't be consigned. That's fine. The fact that the shop helper left me a message stating it would be accepted and provided the wrong email address multiple times, is a problem. The fact that Gina's public response is rude and demeaning, is a problem. I have all interactions in voice messages as proof of the information I was provided. Take accountability for your actions and words. Based on this completely sour experience alone, myself and those I know will never do business (again) at this Madison location or other locations Gina might have (unknown of multiple locations).

Such a fun find in this store for my chandelier & they have wall paper coverings to choose from! It's so hard to find a place you can view all types of books of sample wall coverings... my new fav spot!

I contacted once and again to purchase an item from an estate sale listed as allowing pre-purchasing. I spoke with a young woman the evening before the sale and left all of my information with her. I was instructed to call again in the morning and assured that my information would be given to the owner. When I called the next morning I was assured that the owner had been informed and since I had not heard from her I tried again through the email. Owner stated she never received the messages. I offered to pay by card and pick up the item at a later time. Instead of a response my item was sold to someone else. I do not recommend dealing with this group. Highly unreliable. Young woman lied and owner ignored emails.

Such a cute little store was throughly enjoying looking For items to buy for my new home!! Unfortunately staff was extremely rude so I decided to leave without purchasing anything.

I consigned several nice pieces with Once & Again in Feb 2018. They priced them totaling $1450. I received one small check. Since then I have emailed and called several times to see if other pieces have sold (I moved), and I have yet to receive a response. Do NOT consign here. Your better off using FB market place.

Beautiful consignment store. Furniture shoppers dream or if you are looking for a piece to add to your home decor! Amazing items to choose from. Gina has a great eye for what she brings into the store. Womens clothes, shoes, bags and jewelry as well.

Cute shop I visited today full of interesting finds. Owner welcomed us nicely upon arrival. We found and bought a pretty necklace for a great price.

Terrible. Bad business practice for both buyer and seller, but the real issue is the people who work there. They have found a way to make shopping a truly joyless experience and that is a challenge. Perhaps at one time this was a good consignment shop, and I LOVE consignment shops, but currently it's a bad vibe, filled with overpriced and unexciting merchandise. Whomever owns this place needs a business course asap. So many better options in town.
