Installed sump pump and pit and as usual they did a great job.
I knew they would because I have used them for a bathroom remodel, tear down of an old porch and replaced with a new garage, new doors throughout the house as well as a new walkway in front of the house.
Can't say enough good things about the team (especially Richie), Kevin is always available and gives great advise as well as listening to what I would like done.
Highly recommended.

Kevin, Rich and Mark did terrific work at our place. Complete floor work, two bathrooms and complete kitchen remodel. Kevin was in constant communication and always helpful no matter what the issue. He managed his subs like a champ and they were all true craftsmen. I'm already making a list for future projects and will only use McCormack. We could not have been more pleased with both quality and price...a rare find!

Before we started our big kitchen renovation we asked dozens of people we knew who'd gone through a renovation if they liked their contractor. Everyone seemed to have an issue or two that made us wary (not very responsive, ended up costing more than they said it would, disappeared for days... etc.). Finally, our architect mentioned Kevin's name and we will be forever grateful to her for that. Not only was his initial bid completely reasonable but when we ran into unforeseen issues he was so unspeakably honest, thorough, thoughtful and truly empathetic about the situation it was incredible. He had to do SO much more work than planned and they finished on a crazy fast schedule so that we could be back in the house for Xmas. Their workmanship is extraordinary. Kevin called every morning and end of day to give us status reports. The whole team was lovely and like family. Let me just say that we will never ever embark on any work on our house using anyone else in the future. Never.

Currently working on the third project at my house.Bathroom remodel, then all new doors and woodwork/trim throughout the house, now a new garage. All done at good price, and on time. They are in constant contact with me and also give great suggestions.Great to work with.

Packing materials from construction blow over onto the neighbor's lawn left a mess.Edit - I appreciate the feedback. I was frustrated by the lack of control of the discarded construction material but your feedback gives me peace of mind that it shouldn't happen to others.

In the past two years we have had McCormack Contracting handle three different projects in our home. the first was replacing our sidewalk, walkway and front steps; the second was to convert our main bathroom to a disabled friendly space with easy access; finally they re-did our kitchen to be a more interactive and user friendly space with plenty of open space while making the best use of available space and innovations!
