After delaying my service for days after the promised date, I was told "you are a low priority because yours is a low profit job".
If they don't do right by me for the small jobs why would I go back for bigger jobs?
I thought being family run this would be different
I was trying to get 4 tires mounted. Where else would I go except a tire shop?
This is not my first time at Madison Tire, but it will be my last

I always have a wonderful experience at Madison Tire. I have used them for new tires in the past. Had an issue with my car and they were able to work me in and fix ahead of the long weekend. Friendly, fast, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Highly recommend for tires and auto repair!

Great family business with exceptional service. I had an emergency tire repair. They assessed the situation quickly and were able to get me back on the road until my new tire came in. Very affordable, friendly and personalized service.
While I was there, I overheard two conversations where they try to save customers money by recommending better tires than the customer was suggesting at a lower price. Very impressed that they were not just out to gouge the customer like most emergency services these days.
Thank you for the great experience! We will be back

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. They have helped me several times with whatever issue I’m facing. They’re honest, reliable, fast, generous, and friendly. They help me in times of crisis and I can trust them to be honest and give me excellent service!!

I had a very slow leak in one of the tires. I took it to Midas, they didn't find the leak. I took it other places also including Costco. Costco could not find the leak but charged $13 for checking.
Good thing about Madison was they did not find the leak but did not charge.

Fantastic service. I had a tire blow out on the highway from a large puncture, called them that afternoon, they were able to get my tire of choice delivered the next morning, squeezed me in that day for install, and in 24 hours from my initial phone call, the car is done. And they’re very friendly. What more could you ask for?
