Friendly, familiar faces and great service. Before we got our dog we stopped in to stock up on essentials, the staff helped us pick out necessities and encouraged us to try just a couple toys and treats at a time. We stop in all the time to pickup odds and ends. Our girl, Ravi, loves her latest purchase: a cozy, shaggy bed.

DO NOT GO HERE! THEY ARE ABUSING ANIMALS. They are abusing animals and keeping them in criminal conditions. Bunnies, birds, fish...they are struggling in dirty dark confined spaces with no food water or fresh air. I am disgusted by what I saw and will not let them get away with it. DO NOT SUPPORT THEM IF YOU CARE ABOUT ANIMALS.

I was visiting from out of town and needed a new harness because my puppy chewed through hers. It was so nice to be able to shop at a small business that had a great selection of things for all types of pets. They were very friendly and helpful. I just wish I had a pet shop like this near me!

Place was very organized and clean, prices reasonable and they had a ton of stuff for all kinds of pets! I definitely recommend! Workers very pleasant and knowledgeable! Fish tanks very clean too!!

Hometown feel. From feeder fish for your pet turtle, to crickets for your bearded dragon, you will love your weekly visit! Ned also has everything you need to keep your dog, cat or bird healthy and happy. Staring at the multiple layers of tanks will cause you to purchase need pets to make your home happier! The beta fish there are unique!

I came in to get some supplies for our new Puppy. The staff was really helpful. They not only helped me pick items, but made she I knew how to use them. We will definitely be coming here from now on.

I have known Ned, the owner, for going on 40 years. He and the rest of his staff are knowledgeable, friendly and work hard for your business. In this day of overwhelming internet domination, remember that the Madison Pet Shop is part of what makes this town great. If we lose this, we lose a little more of the heart and soul of the place we call home. Shop here, they are great folks and deserve your patronage.

Madison Pet Shop has a great online ordering service with pick up at the shop. No need to go out in a crowded location during this difficult time for special treats for my dog. They brought my items right to the car. Shop local!

Ned and all who work there are super knowledgeable and caring. And their prices are awesome too - this is the sort of place every small town wishes they had.
