“I ordered flowers from Flowers From Hannah last night & immediately realized that I made an error on the card. I left them a voicemail because it was after hours & they called me first thing in the morning to say that they had edited the card! So kind! Then after attempting delivery today they called to let me know that the recipient had moved! (I'm so sorry, Hannah's!!). When I called back with the new address they assured me they should be able to deliver them today & made me feel better about my embarrassing errors. I have been slacking on writing this review because I am so overwhelmed by how amazing they actually made my wedding day, but also the entire experience. Do not hesitate to book them. They will make your experience flawless and so stress free!!!! I never had to worry about a thing the entire process. When I asked Kathy if I could come in and have a sit down to walk through every bit of the wedding, she let me in with open arms. I brought my MOH with me and we had a great time for about 2 hours discussing everything!! Kathy and her team are the BEST.They are more affordable than most florists and their work is timeless and reliable. Everything you could want for your day.Kathy even sent me pictures of my bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets to confirm that I loved them and there were absolutely no issues on my end prior to the day. This really made me feel at ease. Her team even went all the way up there to meet with me at the venue to ensure I loved everything. My venue is a ski resort cafeteria and they transformed it into my Oscar's vibes over the top glamourous dream wedding. It was everything I could have ever imagined. They went above and beyond with us and even went as far as to wait until the very last minute to install the arch pieces to give us time to decide if we wanted our ceremony indoors or outdoors. “I am SO happy to have found J&M for our wedding! I fell in love with one of their past wedding arrangements in their portfolio and no other florist I searched for even came close. They were easy to schedule with, and I ended up designing my whole wedding based on their beautiful color palette. They even cut the bridal bouquet stems short for me, which is wonderful, as I sit in a wheelchair and long stems are awkward to hold. It’s been 5 days since my wedding and my bouquet is still looking gorgeous in a vase on my coffee table. Absolutely could not be happier!”
