My experience in this salon was horrible, the people who treated me had zero desire to work. But the worst thing that happened to me here was that I was sitting and the ladies who did the pedicure didn't know that I spoke Spanish and they started criticizing my feet unpleasantly. .This place is expensive for the horrible treatment they give you.

Nails salon need to stop acting like you do them a favor by walking their doors
Twice ,back to back I went to this place and was treated very poorly.
Last time a few days ago I went in for a pedi mani. After pedi was completed they sat me down at the table and without saying a word and went on to service the lady and her daughter that had walked in after me. After 10 min of waiting when I realized that they had left me there to do their manis, I got up to pay without wasting energy saying a word about it and leave when the guy named Kevin starts yelling at me when I was putting on my shoes. I tell him that their behavior is poor customer service and his answer was don’t talk to a man like that. I decided to leave as there was a child in the salon and I am always mindful of scenes in front of a child otherwise he would have heard from me.
Nails place need to remember that there is a dozen salons within miles radius where customers can go spend their money. It’s always the minorities being the first to act racist towards other.
Thumbs down to all the women who sat their listening to his nonsense about you don’t talk to a man like that without saying a word.

Was very surprisingly impressed by this place. A little bummed at first when they couldn't do a yellow-gold marble design (but I knew it was a long shot) and ended up getting a beautiful set of pink magnetic shimmer nails instead! For this price this place is so worth it! I read some of the other reviews and I understand the concerns. During my visit the staff and owner were kind and professional to all so maybe things have changed! Not sure - this was my first time here. Always be cautious

Absolutely amazing!!!!! I am very picky and Kevin is just the best! I looked for a salon I like forever and haven’t looked back since. I got these for a concert and can’t wait to rock with them! Would give 10000 stars if I could!Services: Nail art

I come here all the time, my go to technician is Julie. She is the best, gentle and very skillful and knows what she does. HOWEVER THE OWNER IS VERY RUDE. At first I thought maybe he is trying to be funny but tell you aggressively 'what he wants' and 'not what the costumer wants'He rushes too.I would still go here and preffered to be taken care of the other tecch like Tina or Andrew or all the other, but not him. I love the employees so I'm giving more stars. Go ask for Julie when you guys go!

I have been coming here for a few years and was always happy, but the past few months have had issues. The last 3 times I have come for my manicures, the fill in acrylic nails which should last 3 - 4 weeks, started chipping and coming off within a week! The acrylic actually lifted and they just popped off. I paid $57 plus tip! So I went back to get it fixed and he just looked at it, didn't say anything about why it came off so soon and redid the whole manicure. I was charged full price. So $57 plus tip then a week later another $57 plus tip. So another week goes by and again they start chipping off, actually lifting. So I decide to give up on acrylics because it's getting expensive and ridiculous by now and the next time I go in, I ask for just uv gel manicure, no fill ins. She says ok, then proceeds to plop acrylic on! I tell her no, they don't stay on, I just want gel. So I get uv gel on Thursday and they started chipping on tips then sides by Saturday. So I basically paid full price for nails 3 times in a month. Not only that, they were my real nails which grew long and broke off when the acrylic came off. Now they are short and weak. Why did I keep going back? I don't know, I guess because I never had issues until lately and figured maybe they had a couple off off days, they are close by? 3rd time was more than enough. Definitely not spending another dollar here.

Kevin is superb at what he does. All of the manicures I have ever had here have been excellent. Pedicures, too. They do the exact shape I want (sqround) and are fast but thorough. Plus a shoulder massage! Thank you, Family Nail. I HIGHLY recommend Family Nail.Services: Gel manicures

I have tried SO many nail salons and none of them compare to Family Nails. The staff is kind, compassionate, and professional. The sweet lady who usually does my nails (who I can not remember her name for the life of me right now and it's killing me!) puts so much time, energy, and effort into making sure they look absolutely perfect. The shape is always AMAZING, and I get a rounded out almond. I leave the salon feeling so confident and thankful I found my favorite nail salon!

The place is nice and cheap. Most of the the employees are nice. However I don't recommend getting them done by the manager. He does not follow the inspo picture and just does things his own way. I suggest getting a one color only.

My first time here and wow! I had the pleasure of having Julie for my gel manicure. Such care was taken, all nails were shaped and painted beautifully! Awesome little back and hand massage included. Reasonable prices. Other salons I have gone to leave the nails streaky and uneven and cut your cuticles so they bleed.. no complaints here at Family Nails. The owner was friendly and funny! Will DEFINITELY be back!
