My husband and I are so happy with our new Stanton laminate wood floors! Dovlyn was so helpful and when I showed her pictures of the direction I wanted to go in she started pulling samples that fit my vision! On installation day, Rudy and his team arrived on time, got straight to work and did a fantastic job. The work was done beautifully and they were super clean. Would recommend working with Cramers Carpetone over and over again!

I walked in and some blonde lady was incredibly rude to me and my partner. Didn’t even get to ask a question about their material because she was so off putting. Would not recommend.

Reviews are everything! And their 5 star reputation did not disappoint. I spoke with Dovlyn on the phone, she came out helped us choose the color we needed to make the living room more comfortable and appealing. Some days later I was called and Nick the installer was sent to my house and did a professional job on the installation. Not only does the living room look better but it is much warmer and cozier. The family loves it! I will definitely use them again. Thanks!

Could not be happier with the finished product! We had beautiful laminate installed as well as new carpet on our stairs, and it completely transformed our home. Will definitely be coming back for all future flooring-related needs. Diane was wonderful to work with.

If I could give Diane and her team at Cramers Carpet a 10 I would! From my first phone call to Diane to the last day of installation of 4 bedrooms, a stair runner and placement of a dining room area rug they were phenomenal!! Diane made 2 visits to our home to ensure measurements were perfect. Harry the installer was so professional and did an OUTSTANDING job.

We just recently did a renovation on our house and wanted a stair runner for our hardwood stairs. Dovlyn was beyond helpful. She let me bring home multiple samples to see it within the space and educated my husband and I on which carpet type would be best for kids and dogs. She worked with us patiently as we narrowed down our options. The runner we picked was made and installed within 2 weeks of ordering which was much faster than we anticipated. Our installer treated our home like it was his. He was polite and cleaned up his workspace when he was completed with the job. I highly recommend Cramers for all of your carpet needs and can’t wait to work with them again on our picture window plantation shutters! Thank you Dovlyn and team for making this an enjoyable and smooth process!

We have been using Cramers Carpet One for years. When it came time to change the carpet on the stairs and hall, I called them. We selected our carpet and they came out within a day or so to measure the areas to be done. The installation was well done. The two men were courteous and did a great job. They did a beautiful job cleaning up! The carpet is lovely and the edging on the stairs is perfect. I appreciate the extra padding under the carpet suggested by their representative when we were making our carpet selection.
I will continue to use them for carpeting and window treatments. Cramers has done most of my window treatments and they were all done well.

We came to Cramers Carpet One for both carpet and restoration of our wood floors. Our total experience was excellent, with a Five Star recommendation.Diane came to the house, took all the measurements, and helped formulate a plan to move forward. Her advice was articulate, she stayed in touch, and made sure that we stayed on track. The Carpet installer and the Wood Technician were top shelf. Our overall experience set the bar high. I would use them again and recommend them to others. No hesitation.

Dovlyn was great in helping us choose our new carpet for our stairwells and hallway. Installation was quick and efficient. Cramer has a huge selection of top quality flooring options with competitive pricing. We are also going to do a beautiful white oak, wide plank floor with radiant heat in our bedroom. It was hard to choose between all the wonderful options.
