They had my car for THREE FULL DAYS just to patch a tire, which takes 30 seconds. They did not call me at all, I had to come in, just for them to try to sell me a new tire altogether. I tried mavis discount one block away to get a second opinion, they had the tire patched and car ready in 15 minutes! Highly suggest taking that route instead. And some advice to a young woman, MECHANICS WILL UPSELL YOU.

I have 3 cars and all my regular inspections and problem checks are done by this station. Pam the owner and mechanics never disappoints me. She has been very responsible and capable of fixing problems and identifying issues. Pam also charged very reasonably. I am sticking to it in the future as a satisfied customer.

Pam by far is the most honest mechanic I've encountered. She took care of my vehicle and answered all of my "Why is this happening?" questions. She took care of another issue that I thought was more serious and expensive and it wasn't. It was a labor intensive job and she took care of it in a timely manner. She kept me updated on the progress and was him best about everything. My family members are mechanics but I no longer ho to them, I got to Pam! She did a wonderful job and I appreciate her so much.
