We had a wonderful experience at this branch (Madison). We felt like we were dealing with someone who really knows what he is doing- Gevin Robertson is the superstar, I am referring to. When you are new to a country you want your settling experience to be hassle free as much as possible, and that’s what we felt at this branch with this young man! Highly highly recommend if you are looking for someone who goes above and beyond!

I know that there are rules in establishments for a reason. But exceptions can obviously be made. Last week, I as a pregnant patron, asked to use the restroom. The branch was empty so I asked a woman sitting In her office. She said the bathroom door said for employees only on it. Didn’t budge or say anything else. I really expected better customer service as a chase customer for the past 10 years. I left just disappointed in humanity and especially chase :/

I have to cross my fingers and hope the ATM is working the few times I visit this branch. Seems to always be "temporarily out of service". Terrible.

I have a personal and business account with Chase. Paymentech processes the credit/debit card transaction. It was so easy to set up a direct deposit for a US Government check into my personal account. Outstanding customer service.

This is hands down the best banking experience for any corporate client, small business or consumer. I have been using them for years and I have nothing but great praise for their courtesy and professionalism. They are always friendly and knowledgeable.I would never want to try anyone else.

The people are friendly at this branch but before you open ANY account make sure you ask questions, and read ALL the fine print. Be sure to ask for all FEES and CHARGES fully disclosed. For example, they charge for incoming wires, checks, ATM Inquiries, even Card Replacement!, And to withdrawl your money and cancel your account... yes they informed me there is a charge with that as well. Check with other banks as I have done.... there are much better choices. Compare the fees and do the homework yourself. Its that simple.
