“Well.. its been 2yrs since my detail from The Automat. I didn't get to write a review, then totally forgot about it. As I was washing my car today, I couldn't help think about how good of a job they did. I have a 08' VW Jetta, Salsa Red. I was looking to get a complete detail, paint restored and everything. At the time, the red was dull and swirled up pretty bad. I dropped the car off, they gave me a loner which was nice since I didn't live near by. When I picked up the car it looked great, but to be honest I thought it could of been a little better. At the time, I was just expecting the paint to look brand-new again but the car was 14yrs old so not sure why I was thinking that. All my friends noticed the difference and how shiny and reflective, deep, like a mirror the car looked now. I was only looking at scratches and they couldn't get all of them fixed, but 90% were. So I was probably expecting too much for 14yr old paint, that's why I didn't ever write the review. As I learned more of the process and how paint is on cars and talking with other detailers that I know, The Automat did a really, really good job. I feel bad I didn't write this earlier. I had the car done in 2021, and it still looks just as good the day I picked it up from them.In the 2 pics below the water drops stayed over a week in my garage just like that. “Raul and Prestige Auto Studio really went above and beyond with our car. Our 2020 MB GLB 250 had mysterious dirt and debris everywhere that was caked on and not coming off with regular hand wash. Prestige was able to get everything off the exterior then some, including a thorough interior detail clean. To be honest the car looks even better now than from the dealer. Wonderful service and I will not hesitate to bring my cars here again! ?”

You get more than the assembly line, "please move your car because there are cars behind you", dab-dab treatment with the Top Hat wash. You wait your turn until your car is pulled to the side and given the attention you've been looking for. They have a great system!”

Been going here for years.
It's been hit or miss though.
Asked the gentlemen that took my payment if I needed to turn over auto wipers, etc and he checked the windshield by spraying water and nothing happened so sent it through. 1 minute into the wash the wipers were going crazy as the car vehicle was being hit by the cleaner arms. The mirrors bent forward as well (should have told me to turn them in or perhaps he should have done it? I don't know as I don't do that for a living. BTW, a very expensive brand new 2024 Acura. Pretty sure I had an anxiety attack during my wash as there was nothing I could do at that point.
Not thrilled with the situation at all but got out and and turned the mirrors back afterwards and everything seemed ok but the driverside mirror shakes a bit when on the highway now ...vehicle has 5k mikes on it. This obviously could have been avoided 100% though!
Staff is always pleasant (and i always tip the crew)and the car gets washed pretty good but additonally I did pay for the ultimate wash (or whatever the top tier wash is called) and the automatic tire shine thing did not work at all. Also the Luminera wax light tthing never came on so I'm not sure if that even happened?
I'm a car guy so I obviously went home and properly added tire shine (chemical guys, great product and lasts for at least 2 weeks) and finished cleaning the vehicle. Kind of defeats the purpose of going to the car wash, imo.
Honestly, I'm hesitant about returning. You have to have specific protocol for the staff to follow or things like these happen.”
“Decent car wash in the neighborhood. Friendly staff. Quick and easy. Took plus service. Noticed cleaning spray puddle in front cup holder which I had to ask to redo(not major thing but something to improve). Cleaning are after wash is sticky and slippery due to wax so be careful.”
“Purchased the VIP service for my Honda Pilot after my son brought it to the Giants game and him and his friends had snacks all over the back seat and spills were on the carpet.
I mentioned this to the attendants and they took care of cleaning everything up !

“Place is convinient and clean. Ideal for me since my work van has ladder racks on the roof. Wash can be as cheap as $3.50 for 4min and 15secs. It just depends how dirty the van is. I use them at least once a week. Two thumbs up.”

“Over the past 5 years this BP has been a stop on my way to work most mornings. The pump attendant in the morning on weekdays is a fine example of a happy-go-lucky human. This gentleman is always smiling and never misses an opportunity to greet you. Inside, the owner and his son are extremely helpful and friendly as well. Coffee is always fresh and prices are always fair.”
