I have both rented and leased with Megan and her team at AVE. Flawless, attentive and simply the perfect experience at a facility that is second to none. There is just no other option if looking for either short term or long term lease/rent in the Florham Park area.

People is really gentile Building is well maintained and has great facilities (meeting rooms, gym, pool, business area, parking underground). Has activities for residents. I really enjoyed my time in AVE!!
