“I’d give these guys 6 stars if I could. Called last minute on a Friday desperate to get my car looked at before I left for the Adirondacks, (out of nowhere I started hearing a noise.) Not only did they have time for me and look at it right away, they drove it, put it on the lift and looked around, and replaced a very small part (clips or something?) They said nothing was wrong with my car except that small thing, and not to worry. They wouldn’t take money for it either. Their honesty and helpfulness blew my mind. Was looking for a new mechanic anyways, looks like I just found the right one!”
“I have 3 cars and all my regular inspections and problem checks are done by this station. Pam the owner and mechanics never disappoints me. She has been very responsible and capable of fixing problems and identifying issues. Pam also charged very reasonably. I am sticking to it in the future as a satisfied customer.”
“After doing some damage to the tail light and bumper, we spoke to JP who offered a quick quote and ordered the required part for the next day. Right off of the bat, my wife noted how friendly and responsive he was.
The following morning, they replaced the tail light quickly then ***completely fixed the bumper for free by smoothing out some wicked-looking dents***. I didn't notice it until after arriving home, being a bit scatter-brained with a long road trip scheduled after the visit. I had to do a double-take; frankly, I was stunned that they:
- made the bumper look as good as new
- completed the full job in under 30 minutes
- did not even mention it let alone charge for the work as I'd have been more than happy to pay whatever they would have charged
We saved a pretty penny (a new bumper would have been over $1000 and we had wrecked the corner section pretty good), immense time driving and calling around for quotes on bumper repair (or replacement) from their willingness to go way above and beyond what was promised.
John, JP and Laura run a first class business. Everyone is friendly, polite, professional and their auto work is top notch. I deeply appreciated their quick turnaround time due to the aforementioned trip. They went above and beyond for two digital nomads who are literally always on the road and live on a tight schedule.
If I could give them 10 stars I would.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

“Brian and his team have been taking great care of my parents’ cars. They take the time to listen and have the patience and skill to fix everything from odd noises to tricky engine lights that the dealer couldn’t fix, and they maintain the cars well. Brian is always responsive and communicates well. My parents really trust him. I recently had a car issue while visiting my parents and pulled in without an appointment to ask for advice. I needed to drive home with the kids in the car that day. Brian took the time to address the issue (an incomplete power steering fluid change at another place ?) It turned out to be a simple fix, but Brian took the time to help me on the spot, fill, drive the car, check for damage to the system and then explained what to look for over the next 24hrs to know if there were any other issues. Brian’s kindness and pragmatism was so appreciated. Highly recommend.”

“I have an old auto in near mint condition. The transmission was on the fritz, not able to shift until achieving high speeds. I was worried I'd have to rid myself of the car because two other places said it could not be repaired, requiring a replacement transmission. That would have been very and too costly. I found Rose City Transmission in a Google search. Joe took one look at the car, and knew immediately what to do. Without high cost or drama. He quickly fixed it, and I was on my way. Henry is a straight shooter on whether or not something needs immediate repair as well as advising on things to keep an eye on.
