“We call it the "Lollipop Bank', having done our banking at this friendly local banking for almost 40 years. We had a safe deposit box for many years and they notarize the few items we need motorized.Parking is always available and the ATM convenient. We have used the online app for years too.”

“This was the branch that I opened my first account with Valley and people like Adrain is why I have stayed for so long. I have move and not gone to that branch for a few years now, but that doesn't stop Adrain from giving exemplary costumer service. He call me just the other day to inform me that there was a problem with my account that he noticed. Not only was I surprised to about the problem, I was equally surprised to hear from Adrain. Within minutes the problem was fixed and my mortgage was paid on time. I cant tell you how grateful I am for his competency and attention to detail. “Good location. We ordered online and just picked up so we didn't interact with the staff. Place looked clean. Order didn't take long to be prepared and we got two sandwiches and two medium coffees and hash browns. I made an alteration to a sandwich and they did it which sometimes doesn't happen because they don't have it or something but then they don't tell you. I accidentally messed up my usual coffee order so I can't fairly compare it to the way I like it but it tasted good regardless. Would come again.”

However, when I called and booked an appointment with this Chase bank, they were very professional, timely, informative and kind to us. Kevin, the banker we were assigned, was very polite and friendly. I highly suggest anyone looking to go to this Chase, to request him as your banker. Just make sure to book an appointment or call them before you go, as that's what half the bad reviews are about in other branches.”

“I've been going to this bank for almost a year now, the staff are the best. Especially Karin and Mike. But their "manager" Nancy seems to be useless. She is either sitting in her office or she'll come out when there is a line, but don't be deceived.. it's not to help with the line it's to question why people aren't there helping customers, only to then receed back into her office. I've literally never seen her help a customer, let alone regard her staff in a kind manner, and I've been in there probably over 30 times. She's one of those "management people" who don't seem to contribute and just cause stress for the staff. The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because the staff are otherwise stellar in all aspects. Nancy is just awful.”
